i learned this song by ear and only just now realizing how easy the chorus actually is. i usually play it with full chords but this is more simple and sounds better LMAO
the tabs on the bottom are playing the chords that the strokes use. try and follow his hands to see where you need to place your fingers. the numbers under each chord show you which fret you need to be holding down.

I often use my pinkie due to having smaller hands and the ring finger feels like a stretch
