Great video ... Am I correct in thinking that after the 11.0 update the garrisoned base's artillery will fire upon the tanking unit instantly as opposed to the usual 4 seconds loading time? The mail was slightly unclear.

Are you sure you attacking with a tank unit first? Or sure the enemy is offfline? İt must not attack arties unless they reagro the tanker or you hit with arties first its not normal if you doing everything right

What made the base position better? Were you outside the 4 grid? Because there are only 2 5 grid officers and the 2 other arty were in danger?
