@@oh-boii its for charging your artillery's attack, a not charged arty normally waits 4 second before shot but if you hit anything and not move it charges so when it started attack again it can instant attack lets you deal more damage
Raven is most easy one to charge your artillery
Did you max each unit over time, or were you constantly buying coupons to build them?

Jesus, 4 liberty 9.1 artillery i only have 1 martyrs howitzer at 9.0, but that is some heavy artillery

@@emilia9585 you ALWAYS keep the raven charge, it creates anticipation. And just skipping from calling your troops out to instantly attacking the base again could get a lil confusing
