An illusion it will be, so large, so vast it will escape their perception. Those who will see it will be thought of as insane. We will create separate fronts to prevent them from seeing the connection between us. We will behave as if we are not connected to keep the illusion alive. Our goal will be accomplished one drop at a time so as to never bring suspicion upon ourselves. This will also prevent them from seeing the changes as they occur. "We will always stand above the relative field of their experience for we know the secrets of the absolute. We will work together always and will remain bound by blood and secrecy. Death will come to he who speaks. "We will keep their lifespan short and their minds weak while pretending to do the opposite. We will use our knowledge of science and technology in subtle ways so they will never see what is happening. We will use soft metals, aging accelerators and sedatives in food and water, also in the air. They will be blanketed by poisons everywhere they turn. The soft metals will cause them to lose their minds. We will promise to find a cure from our many fronts, yet we will feed them more poison. The poisons will be absorbed through their skin and mouths, they will destroy their minds and reproductive systems. From all this, their children will be born dead, and we will conceal this information. The poisons will be hidden in everything that surrounds them, in what they drink, eat, breathe and wear. We must be ingenious in dispensing the poisons for they can see far. We will teach them that the poisons are good, with fun images and musical tones. Those they look up to will help. We will enlist them to push our poisons. "They will see our products being used in film and will grow accustomed to them and will never know their true effect. When they give birth we will inject poisons into the blood of their children and convince them its for their help. We will start early on, when their minds are young, we will target their children with what children love most, sweet things. When their teeth decay we will fill them with metals that will kill their mind and steal their future. When their ability to learn has been affected, we will create medicine that will make them sicker and cause other diseases for which we will create yet more medicine. We will render them docile and weak before us by our power. They will grow depressed, slow and obese, and when they come to us for help, we will give them more poison. "We will focus their attention toward money and material goods so they many never connect with their inner self. We will distract them with fornication, external pleasures and games so they may never be one with the oneness of it all. Their minds will belong to us and they will do as we say. If they refuse we shall find ways to implement mind-altering technology into their lives. We will use fear as our weapon. We will establish their governments and establish opposites within. We will own both sides. We will always hide our objective but carry out our plan. They will perform the labor for us and we shall prosper from their toil. "Our families will never mix with theirs. Our blood must be pure always, for it is the way. We will make them kill each other when it suits us. We will keep them separated from the oneness by dogma and religion. We will control all aspects of their lives and tell them what to think and how. We will guide them kindly and gently letting them think they are guiding themselves. We will foment animosity between them through our factions. When a light shall shine among them, we shall extinguish it by ridicule, or death, whichever suits us best. We will make them rip each other’s hearts apart and kill their own children. We will accomplish this by using hate as our ally, anger as our friend. The hate will blind them totally, and never shall they see that from their conflicts we emerge as their rulers. They will be busy killing each other. They will bathe in their own blood and kill their neighbors for as long as we see fit. "We will benefit greatly from this, for they will not see us, for they cannot see us. We will continue to prosper from their wars and their deaths. We shall repeat this over and over until our ultimate goal is accomplished. We will continue to make them live in fear and anger though images and sounds. We will use all the tools we have to accomplish this. The tools will be provided by their labor. We will make them hate themselves and their neighbors. "We will always hide the divine truth from them, that we are all one. This they must never know! They must never know that color is an illusion, they must always think they are not equal. Drop by drop, drop by drop we will advance our goal. We will take over their land, resources and wealth to exercise total control over them. We will deceive them into accepting laws that will steal the little freedom they will have. We willestablish a money system that will imprison them forever, keeping them and their children in debt. "When they shall ban together, we shall accuse them of crimes and present a different story to the world for we shall own all the media. We will use our media to control the flow of information and their sentiment in our favor. When they shall rise up against us we will crush them like insects, for they are less than that. They will be helpless to do anything for they will have no weapons. "We will recruit some of their own to carry out our plans, we will promise them eternal life, but eternal life they will never have for they are not of us. The recruits will be called “initiates” and will be indoctrinated to believe false rites of passage to higher realms. Members of these groups will think they are one with us never knowing the truth. They must never learn this truth for they will turn against us. For their work they will be rewarded with earthly things and great titles, but never will they become immortal and join us, never will they receive the light and travel the stars. They will never reach the higher realms, for the killing of their own kind will prevent passage to the realm of enlightenment. This they will never know. The truth will be hidden in their face, so close they will not be able to focus on it until its too late. Oh yes, so grand the illusion of freedom will be, that they will never know they are our slaves. "When all is in place, the reality we will have created for them will own them. This reality will be their prison. They will live in self-delusion. When our goal is accomplished a new era of domination will begin. Their minds will be bound by their beliefs, the beliefs we have established from time immemorial. "But if they ever find out they are our equal, we shall perish then. THIS THEY MUST NEVER KNOW. If they ever find out that together they can vanquish us, they will take action. They must never, ever find out what we have done, for if they do, we shall have no place to run, for it will be easy to see who we are once the veil has fallen. Our actions will have revealed who we are and they will hunt us down and no person shall give us shelter. "This is the secret covenant by which we shall live the rest of our present and future lives, for this reality will transcend many generations and life spans. This covenant is sealed by blood, our blood. We, the ones who from heaven to earth came." "This covenant must NEVER, EVER be known to exist. It must NEVER, EVER be written or spoken of for if it is, the consciousness it will spawn will release the fury of the PRIME CREATOR upon us and we shall be cast to the depths from whence we came and remain there until the end time of infinity itself." 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Not that I do that, but prevention over cure... Umm, the bugs don't have a certain organ.... If your plant doesn't have enough sugar... The bugs will eat them. Basically like me, they are diabetic, my pancreas is $@"?!'""!'"" bugs can't process sugar... While your cures are the same as stoner science, go one step further.... Anyway, I never clicked like or not, but in all honesty, no point giving your pregnant daughter a contraceptive.... But anyway while I'm just cruising on forty years of research, good luck with the band aids.... Mocking people ain't cool...
I recently returned from a week-long vacation to find that spider mites destroyed almost everything in my patio garden. I had to trash most of my plants, and the ones I have left aren't doing so hot despite using neem oil. I'm definitely going to try some of the methods here.
I have found that the Diatomaceous earth (I call it Dearth) works best if applied in a thin layer covering as much surface area as possible. My method for applying it is to put the Dearth in a spice shaker, and then tap (or flick) the container to dislodge the dearth from the shaker. Depending on the size of the holes in the shaker, the amount of force needed with the tap or flick changes. Try several different sized holes and see what works best for you. I also have somebody else hold the plant upside down after applying to the top surface of the leaves and apply the Dearth to the underside as well. If the Dearth gets under the leaves it will be extra effective, and it also is less likely to be dislodged by fan or any misting that is done to also help control. Dearth is my go to for any insects, I use it in my chicken coup, anytime ants come in, would use it for bedbugs if they ever were a problem, etc. I also use Neem oil. The trick for me was always to keep rotating treatments in case the mites get resistant. Never stop changing it up or throwing extra stuff at them. (ie, soap water treatment and dearth for 2 weeks, then 2 weeks of Neem oil and spraying, then Dearth and alcohol treatment, etc). You can also mechanically remove the mites by rinsing more hardy plants under the faucet upside down (I just climb in the tub and do it) and have a trusted friend (my wife) spray the plants on the underside with the shower head while I move them around and gently rub the leaves. Finally I also add into my cycle some non-organic pesticides as long as my plants are not currently fruiting and are indoors. I know they say they are safe, but I don't want any residue from this left on my final product. I also use them sparingly and for like 1 or 2 applications, again to ensure nobody survives that is resistant to the other treatments. The key for me has always been a combination approach I have found, and switching it up in case any happened to survive because of resistance.
fwiw i use a 1 litre pop bottle with a hole poked thru the cap as a duster, shake the D'earth toward the neck and cap and squeeze to shower the plant with a gust of d'earth ;) a mask/resporator is adcvisable as said in the vid, alternativly mix in water and spray on when the water evaporates it will be dry :) tho you will have to deal with a number of spray end blockages..
Usually when I have a problem with my plants I have to watch several youtube videos to get a couple of answers. This time I got lucky and found this video first, only one video needed, thank you. Amazing job!
This was the best video about spider mites. I just found them on my money trees, and I burnt my house down (in my head). I used neem oil spray on them but added neem oil, dr. Bronners & water into another spray bottle and cleaned all my other plants.

Great content as usual ! i only knew about the first 2 methods, plus one where you use supermarket cow milk with a ratio of 1 milk / 5 "water", since pasteurized cow milk is both a fungicide and a insecticide "so don't drink it". has for those predatory mites i think some are in my garden, they came with some pidgins i used to throw seeds at! Birds are always full of mites and it's a fun fact : )!
@@serenemountain6769 so awesome, thanks for sharing! Gonna try the milk trick on aphids! And no, definitely don't drink the stuff, despite what the dairy fathers try to tell us!!
Thanks, dude! I’ve just started getting my yard growing after neglecting it for several years. I use diatomaceous earth for cockroach control (a huge problem in the desert), and its beauty is that it washes away after a couple of waterings , so you can keep other insects around including the beneficial ones.
Great informative video! I finally identified the tiny bugs as 2 spot spider mites on my overwintered tomato plants. I used a magnifying glass and took close ups with a cell phone. I have 6 tomatoes growing but they have black marks developing and the leaves had the characteristics yellow markings and curling. I put the 2' plant into the bathtub and sprayed and wiped each leaf down with soapy water using black soap by Marius Fabre that has olive oil. Got it at an orchid greenhouse. I also cut away the worst leaves. I will continue trying your methods as well. Thanks! And keep up the great work you do!
Very timely, I have spider mites devastating my herb garden. They love parsley, basil and thyme. I have been spraying neem oil insecticidal soap once a week to no avail. Will up the frequency and also try the DE and alcohol remedies. Thanks for a super helpful video!
I think I have a boxwood that has spider mites, so here I go! This is the first time that I have had this problem. It would have been nice if he showed how you effectively spray the underside of a large shrub/plant. Thanks for the helpful info, with the easy to find fixes.
@@majh8red Caution on ur quick-aim response. Most of my spray bottles cannot even cast dissolved baking soda. That is ~140 micrometers, while DE is a well graded substance, with particulates ranging from 10 - 200 um. I could see it working in some cases, maybe while using a more durable sprayer, or getting lucky on the DE supplier. A great, forward-thinking idea, none-the-less.
A great natural way not mentioned that works as a companion to these methods is vacuuming, mixed with one or more of the first 3. Also I like dunking more than spraying, it does a better job of thoroughly coating the leaves. Lastly Canola Oil imo is the best type of vegetable oil to use if going that route, it is labelled as the majority active ingredient in a few different natural insecticides.
For smaller plants: take a plastic bag, put it around the branches (crone) and spray water in it. Don’t forget to give it a break for at least 1h/day. Even if you use soap (or alcohol) use a plastic bag around the top. It keeps humidity. Thanks! Winter is coming and my lemons and mandarin trees will suffer again. It’s very dry here in winter and even daily spraying isn’t enough. That’s why I put them last winter just to my Aquariums as it’s always (more) humid there.
Thanks for the great video, deserves way more views! "The chance of finding a mite on leaves before infestation is small" - I'd like to add in, since we know spider mites are so common, isn't it a good idea to check our plants occasionally even if they appear to be fine? If you have to deal with mites, the best time is before it is causing problems on your plants.
So you're saying someone who's very observant of their plants will see these little buggers moving around? That's good to hear cause I'm super observant of my girls haha
@@jwhatlopez7886 I purchased a hand held microscope off of Amazon for about thirty bucks. (it's definitely not high powered). But it gives you the close up look that you would need to see any tiny pests possibly lurking about.
Organized, clear and concise! Thank you 🙏 I recently found an infestation of spider mites on my plumerias and adeniums outside. I will surely give these tips a try. 👍
I am constantly checking my house plants out daily as I love them so! To my horror, I found a light infestation on my Philodendron Monstera Deliosia. I'm using a premixed insecticidal soap and I'm ordering a cool mist humidifier. The plants will love the added moisture and the mites won't! You gave great advise! 👍
I sprayed teatree oil, peppermint oil in water of 600 ml right on soil. No no tiny insect on Florida philodendron that I bought just recently from stores. Iam glad I noticed and sprayed with in days no more. I do this on my patio garden morning and evening. No fly zone now. Teatree oil very effective.
Thank you! My two fully grown tomato plants got some spider mites. One whole relatively small branch on one and a few spots on a few leaves on other places. I cut off the branch that was clearly fully infested after thoroughly cleaning both plants with water using a spray bottle. Obviously I know that wouldn't kill off the remaining spdier mites, hence why I'm here. I've been searching around for anything to help kill them and you are the only one who offers good solutions. Thank you!
@@TheRipeTomatoFarms too late! Just wish I came across this video sooner. I managed to win my battle against mites, but I've become a paranoid man. Can you do a video on starting seedlings with moss/perlite/or any other medium you prefer in a home setting? I'm thinking about taking up seed projects for the winter time, and I'd like to get a pros opinion!
Wow! This video just randomly came up in my feed. Really awesome because I've been panicking about my infestation and had trouble finding a direct answer and such. Thank you!!!🙏🙏🙏
@@TheRipeTomatoFarms yeah I don't have a cell but it was listening on my friends phone on our conversation while he was visiting, I'm thinking wifi/IP? Next time I logged into utube there it was, a recommended video same topic of conversation, something I had never searched in the past. Crazy beast system.
Love your vid. I've been using liquid dish soap with oil and water mix for years - but not aggressively. I understand why the problem still persists on some plants. I will now do this as indicated. I need to do some spraying now 😁 Thanks 👍🏾
Last year when I grew my veggies, I never noticed spider mites. It gets hot and dry during the summer; but, we also get wind. Sometimes the wind is really strong. The biggest problem that I had to deal with was the earwigs. I used diatomaceous earth and it did help.
Great video. Those pests are starting to come into my garden in Florida. The plants are already too damaged to save. First I'm going to release my last beetle nymphs. My lady beetles come back to my garden every year.🐞🐞🐞🐞🐞 Then I'll cut back the plants and treat the surrounding areas before next year's crops. Thanks for sharing
Thx for the tip, can your mixture be left on the leaves? How long can it sit on foliage, before I should rinse off with water, or just reapply every 2 days?
I have used a few drops of peppermint essential oil in a cup of water to spray leaves and soil. If you make a more concentrated spray and add wintergreen isopropyl alcohol, it is good to use in home, garage, barn, or greenhouse corners, walls, and floors.
I spray live in humid, Virginia. I keep my house plants on the porch in the summer. I add about 5 drop of peppermint essential oil in my spray bottle and spray my plants every morning. Really helps with prevention. 💚
It’s easy to kill spider mites on a small plant or seedling. A huge plant with spider mites can be very hard to kill all the spider mites because there’s too many leaves to clean and it can take a long time
Great video! I like the alcohol spray option. My indoor calathea collection has been under attack by spider mites and thripes. Bought some ladybugs last week and released them in my indoor plants. Hoping nature will handle this problem lol!
I loved you vid man. The only difference I would do is compare tap water to rain. Some plants can drink tap water but I've seen rap water hurt plants before. I don't put tap water on anything. Also I've seen plants become healthier by switching to rain. I've heard you can put tapwater in a bucket and leave it outside for a few hours in the sun and the chlorine and fluoride become less lethal. Never tried it but who knows. I love ladybugs. It's weird how most people naturally chose not to swat at one that lands on them. Something deep in our subconscious sees them as welcomed visitors. It's so weird.
You earned my sub! I am novice to indoor plants and I recently bought a calathea which came with spider mites I think they may have jumped to other plants as well. :( gonna try this! Thank you!
My God, you are so right. The problems have been getting worse since I took out my house fans for winter and started using the heater. Its a hard choice in Canada though 😢
Thanks for this great presentation! Just curious - do the mites attack certain only kinds of leaves. If they're only attacking inedible leaves like peppers, or radishes, is it ok to not worry about them?
Unfortunately, they kind of attack everything. They will kill the plant. The issue isn't them ruining the fruit or vegetable...the issue is they will literally destroy the entire plant.
Regular misting is also a good way to spot the little bastards before they get a foothold. When you mist, watch for the droplets to stick in the webbing. It's much easier to spot than the mites themselves.
@@TheRipeTomatoFarms thanks for the advice and the great video. I'm right in the middle of a mite battle and waiting on some predators in the mail. I was lucky and spotted them early due to misting. I didn't have enough air movement and my humidity was very low due to winter. Both problems have been remedied and i've knocked down the adults and cleaned up any eggs I could find. Hopefully my armada of plant friendly mites will keep them away for good.
Is it worth treating your plants if they are mostly dead and there is a major infestation in my greenhouse? Also, I really wanted to know if there was a way of treating the soil after the plants have been removed.
Where do they come from in the first place? ….I planted moonflowers, dahlias and morning glories indoors last year before the last frost and they showed up practically along with the new sprouts. Do they come from the store bought potting soil? Loved your video btw you have talent.
A helpful video. I am fascinated by the green color in your garden. Thank you for sharing, I have learned a lot! I am also making my own little garden and will learn from your videos. Please keep making videos like this! Go go gooooo!
I've been dealing with an extensive infestation for several months now, and I wanted to throw in my $0.02. All of the washes and soaps are just going to control the population. They'll always return. Same for DE, but it has a longer lasting effect. Fumigation is an option that wasn't discussed here. Lemongrass, citronella, peppermint, and rosemary essential oils all have insecticidal qualities and can either be heavily diluted and applied as a foliar spray or allowed to atomize into an enclosed space. Even vaporized, the chemicals in those oils are poison to a tiny mite. Apart from dumping a plant, I don't think anything can fully eliminate an infestation other than with predators. Ladybugs and lacewings (and their larvae) are actually kind of useless, they're too big and a bit on the slow side. They can control a population by eating adults, but I don't think they will go after eggs the way that predator mites will. There's also a tiny predatory beetle _Stethorus punctillum_ that is a cousin of the ladybug and is at least shaped like one. They're expensive as predators go, but they'll eat up spider mites like no other.
@GreyKnight7777 How much lemongrass essential oil should I add to a cup of water, and also, can it be used with water alone or should I include the soap and vegetable oil as well?
Great video! Very helpful! Thanks so much! I have just got an infestation and have been using a spray bottle with soap , water and peppermint oil and it seems to be slowing them down. I just started this week so we will see. ❤❤
My 3 day new planted plum tree had a infestation mostly in the top mulch, its in a huge pot . I used 2 drops of dish soap a half of teaspoon of vinegar and a pinch of cinnamon power in a qt. Bottle. Man it killed 90% of them with the first spray around the top soil not the tree .
I understand spider mites like it warm and dry but when I bring my plants in in the winter if I keep the soil damp, or wet, I end up with fruit flies and mold on top of the soil. I feel like every time I get rid of one pest another one takes its place LOL
What you have are probably gnats. To kill the gnat eggs in the soil, water with 4 parts water to 1 part Hydrogen Peroxide. This will also take care of any mold you see on the surface.
You are watering too much then. That also weakens the plant's resistance. Make sure the soil is dry on the surface before watering again. But spraying your plants' leaves every other day or even every day with water in dryer climates usually helps a lot preemptively. Like someone else said, perlite in the soil helps the plant roots get oxygen and it retains water like a sponge. Making the dirt better for your plants. But mix it in, don't just put it on the surface.
@@SysterYster in this case with fruit flies and algae on the surface of her soil the only thing that’s going to stop the algae is putting perlite just on the surface, considering algae only grows in sun light- the soil or medium must not have any sun light and all of her algae will go away never to return. If she doesn’t put perlite on top then the algae will come back every time she waters. And how would she put perlite in the soil or medium of a plant already growing?
@@richardcranium3562 I mean, water less and the algae won't be there. More air in the dirt means the surface dries faster too, aka less algae. And, replant? It can be done? It's not like plants can't be repotted. As a matter of fact, with such problems, I'd recommend repotting it.
I found that using the first recipe wasn't very effective until I added about 2 tablespoons of vinegar to the mix. This really worked after three applications. I also sprayed the topsoil around the plant.
@@TheRipeTomatoFarms I wouldn't say that it dropped the pH. I only sprayed the leaves and the top of the soil two or three times, so I don't think it was enough to lower the pH. This mixture also works great on white powdery mildew.
@@TheRipeTomatoFarms yes I understand that the pH dropped in the pesticide solution but I don't think it affected the nutrients in the soil nor the soil's pH as I only used it as a spray on the foliage and only sprayed lightly the top of the soil a few times. Do you think it was enough to change the soil's pH? Could the pH have an effect on the mites? Or is it something else in the vinegar that killed the eggs also, therefore controlling the infestation.
@@sappir26 no, if you just did the leaves and then washed it off, shouldn't affect much. Plus, most plants actually like a slightly acidic soil if 6 to 6.5
5 parts water, 1 part rubbing alcohol(due to high %age) and a few drops of dish soap. Wipe or spray leaves and stems every other day for 2-3weeks. Egg hatch time is about 3 days on average so this method is pretty effective
Hi Jeff, great videos, I have a question what is the best to get rid of root fungus nats and larvae when bring plants inside after being outside all summer?
Hey man, thanks!! Fungus gnats are the WORST. Yellow sticky paper squares work wonders, as does watering from the bottom and letting the top layer of soil dry out. Even better, use SAND as a mulch. They HATE it.
Very informative video & thanks for taking the time to do it. Just a question if Eucalyptus oil can be added to kill the eggs in your first method with hand soap & veg oil? waiting for your reply. Thanks a ton.
Definitely good easy steps. Question, if I have gone through the first three steps and then go to a predator, is the DE going to be a problem for the “good guys”?
Thanks very informative and well presented, I was not sure about your final spray strength % for the alcohol spray. You start with 50% then dilute to 20%, so is it a 20% solution? I have only seen 100% Isopropyl, so if I break that down to 20% it will be fine??
I use soap works for me also I put my plants upside down in water for a hour I saw so many of them I don’t know if I still have the eggs but so far so good ….thx man ….new to channel and love it
Very good! Continue for a couple of weeks as the eggs will still hatch through the soap spray....after that, the cycle is broken and you should be good! :-)
I have really bad infestation on my peppers and eggplants and mint. I'm ordering predatory mites in hopes that I can save my plants from this. It really sucks seeing large plants having so many mites.
Thank you for your vid! Super informative and fun to watch too :) I am new to this and discovered these things yesterday all over my hibiscus. I have declared war on these plant-suckers! It's about to go down! Thanks again! (p.s. I also heard that Neem oil is harmful to humans so I won't use it)
Once again an awesome video I seriously needed this in June and July those spider mites were very annoying...how about moles what can I do about them I am willing to try anything...thanks again all the best from NY USA...stay safe!
Excellent details, treatment options, pictures are very important to identify the insect and treatment methods, thank you .. now my question : I have a tiny fly like insects on my tomato plants with transparent wings that are more than double the size of their body, what are those and how I treat them? I already sprayed them with a mix of "crushed mint leaves (mint soup) and dish soap + water" not sure if it'll work !! any advise and thanks again
@@TheRipeTomatoFarms Thanks, they are so tiny and black in color with very long wings, anyhow I just washed my tomato plants with some pressure with the water hose almost knock most of them down, I'll check on it tomorrow again.

We, the ones who from heaven to earth came."
"This covenant must NEVER, EVER be known to exist.
It must NEVER, EVER be written or spoken of for if it is, the consciousness it will spawn will release the fury of the PRIME CREATOR upon us and we shall be cast to the depths from whence we came and remain there until the end time of infinity itself."

I am stressed about my spider mites and your relaxed voice calmed me down. Lol. Thanks
50% of the problem is already solved after hearing his voice. Lol
Awesome, Thanks for sharing! Salt shaker for application works amazing, very consistent, which is nice!
Yes, diatomaceous earth is really good indeed
Great info.
Brilliant!👏👏👏
fwiw i use a 1 litre pop bottle with a hole poked thru the cap as a duster, shake the D'earth toward the neck and cap and squeeze to shower the plant with a gust of d'earth ;) a mask/resporator is adcvisable as said in the vid, alternativly mix in water and spray on when the water evaporates it will be dry :) tho you will have to deal with a number of spray end blockages..

@@majh8red Caution on ur quick-aim response. Most of my spray bottles cannot even cast dissolved baking soda. That is ~140 micrometers, while DE is a well graded substance, with particulates ranging from 10 - 200 um.
Great points!
So what u saying put the whole plant under water??
Brilliant vacuum idea. Also, some folks say to use Neem oil
For smaller plants: take a plastic bag, put it around the branches (crone) and spray water in it. Don’t forget to give it a break for at least 1h/day. Even if you use soap (or alcohol) use a plastic bag around the top. It keeps humidity.

I loved you vid man. The only difference I would do is compare tap water to rain.
Some plants can drink tap water but I've seen rap water hurt plants before.
I don't put tap water on anything.
Also I've seen plants become healthier by switching to rain.

This is such amazing info!!!
Thanks Erica! Appreciate the kind words!
Regular misting is also a good way to spot the little bastards before they get a foothold. When you mist, watch for the droplets to stick in the webbing. It's much easier to spot than the mites themselves.

A helpful video. I am fascinated by the green color in your garden. Thank you for sharing, I have learned a lot!

What's your opinion on neem oil? Great video.
Great tips. How long should we run the fan for?
I understand spider mites like it warm and dry but when I bring my plants in in the winter if I keep the soil damp, or wet, I end up with fruit flies and mold on top of the soil. I feel like every time I get rid of one pest another one takes its place LOL
What you have are probably gnats. To kill the gnat eggs in the soil, water with 4 parts water to 1 part Hydrogen Peroxide. This will also take care of any mold you see on the surface.
Cover your soil with large white perlite rocks, and that will keep molds and bugs out of the soil and or medium.
Lots of fun & very interestingf to watch your vids! Thanks

@@TheRipeTomatoFarms I wouldn't say that it dropped the pH. I only sprayed the leaves and the top of the soil two or three times, so I don't think it was enough to lower the pH. This mixture also works great on white powdery mildew.
@@sappir26 anytime you add vinegar to a neutral solution, the pH will drop. Can't get around it
@@TheRipeTomatoFarms yes I understand that the pH dropped in the pesticide solution but I don't think it affected the nutrients in the soil nor the soil's pH as I only used it as a spray on the foliage and only sprayed lightly the top of the soil a few times. Do you think it was enough to change the soil's pH? Could the pH have an effect on the mites? Or is it something else in the vinegar that killed the eggs also, therefore controlling the infestation.

There seems to be a correlation between fungus gnats and mites. Controlling fungus gnats definitely seems to help.
Keen observation.... Definitely worth investigating!
Thank you sir for this video
Cheers, thanks for watching! :-)
If you have a vacuum that doesn't have crazy leaf ripping levels of suction you can vacuum them away as well
I'll have to try that!
Very informative video & thanks for taking the time to do it. Just a question if Eucalyptus oil can be added to kill the eggs in your first method with hand soap & veg oil? waiting for your reply. Thanks a ton.
Thanks Agnes! Yes...its tricky though,...I wouldn't combine too many things at once...try it as separate applications. Alternate.
Definitely good easy steps. Question, if I have gone through the first three steps and then go to a predator, is the DE going to be a problem for the “good guys”?
Thanks linder.... Yes, DE will take out the good mites as well unfortunately
THANKS,,,I found that out after the fact and ordered some
Best of luck, let us know how it goes!!
Thanks very informative and well presented, I was not sure about your final spray strength % for the alcohol spray. You start with 50% then dilute to 20%, so is it a 20% solution? I have only seen 100% Isopropyl, so if I break that down to 20% it will be fine??
Excellent!
Cheers! :-)
Thanks a lot for the video! How long do i have to wait after the Spray procedure to wash the leaves with water ?
I leave it on for day, sometimes 12 hours.
Are you growing indoors?
Nice. Am growing a garden next spring for my TH-cam channel too
Best of luck Priscilla!
I was going to try compressed air. Good video.
Thank you for your vid! Super informative and fun to watch too :) I am new to this and discovered these things yesterday all over my hibiscus. I have declared war on these plant-suckers! It's about to go down! Thanks again! (p.s. I also heard that Neem oil is harmful to humans so I won't use it)
Once again an awesome video I seriously needed this in June and July those spider mites were very annoying...how about moles what can I do about them I am willing to try anything...thanks again all the best from NY USA...stay safe!
if you have raised beds ? put chicken wire down on the bottom. The one who figures out how to rid of Moles will be a Billionaire..
Thanks so much!! Dang, we don't get moles here....but you're the THIRD person who's has a mole problem in the last 2 days! I wish I could help!
What do they taste like???
@@redtobertshateshandles lol
Excellent details, treatment options, pictures are very important to identify the insect and treatment methods, thank you .. now my question : I have a tiny fly like insects on my tomato plants with transparent wings that are more than double the size of their body, what are those and how I treat them? I already sprayed them with a mix of "crushed mint leaves (mint soup) and dish soap + water" not sure if it'll work !! any advise and thanks again
Those are likely aphids rick! When the population gets too big, they produce winged ones to go colonize and wreck other plants! Uggghh!
@@TheRipeTomatoFarms Thanks, they are so tiny and black in color with very long wings, anyhow I just washed my tomato plants with some pressure with the water hose almost knock most of them down, I'll check on it tomorrow again.
thanks for the video
