@@sharesomeexperiences1997 Ohhh I ended up repairing it with a soldering iron and it does turn on. But now the problem is that it can't change colours ,increase or decrease the brightness. Did yours work perfectly after repairing it ?
Then your ring light color change switch is bad

I can't find this type IC, could you give link?
If the circuit board has a bad IC then you remove the wire from the circuit board and you connect the wire directly, no need for the circuit board. Connect the red wire to the red wire and connect the black wire to the black wire and your problem will be solved
