Not exactly. Even when one has learned to vibrato they have to learn how to control it, use it in dynamics, and make their own style with it. Having vibrato isn't enough to make you a professional cause there's so much to learn and control
All holo id has a monster talent Iofi : 5 language,drawing skill Risu : imitation voice,sing skill Moona : architect skill,former model,sing skill(i think only she can sing with lady gaga vibe or something else),dance( iofi and risu says moona want 3d model to show her dancing). You should try watching her Coffee Talk stream. She voice acted all characters in the game. I counted more or less she has 7 voices.
From this song alone at least there're 4 voices, she can also do Korone, Okayu and Marine voices so 7 in total.

and on WorldWide Hololive, they do collabs with CN as well with Mio as the host...
the problem is language, schedule and time (indonesia and japan got 2 hours difference), so far ID member who fluent on japanese is Iofi, Risu too but she still can't follow it if they talking too fast (like Marine), and Moona still learning (she's basically like Coco when she first debuted, can't fluently undertand japanese)...
Bruh risu needs more exposure, she is so skilled. its not talent, talent is something you get since you were born but this, this is skill, you cant get that wide range of voices only from talent.

because she don't like when people tell her what to do, that why she keep her fanbase small, it's easy to control. she became vtuber not for fame or profit but because she like to doing it.
became big or famous not her passion because when you get big your freedom are limited and your shoulder became heavy with responbility she don't want all of this.
if she want to be famous or something like that she can just sign up for talent show or with her level right now she can simply do utaite like she use to do and most likely scouted by shitload of talent agency, but she chose to be vtuber just because she like to do it.
and it's not like she don't care with her fanbase but she not want to make people put their hope on her and got dissapointed, that's why she keep filtering her fans and keep people who happy with everything she did and not expected more from her.
and yes people like her exist with crazy skill and talent but never exploiting it for fame, it's same like someone with natural power and fighting skill but refuse to get into competitive show like UFC, or a coding genius who use their skill just for trolling people insted of make money of it , they do what they like to do unless they force to do it for some reason.
so don't worry about it she is a caring and loving squirrel who love vtubing, she will sing when she like to do it, just stop asking her what to do because she definitely reject it, just swim with the tide let it bring you where it go that the best way to enjoy her content.
