Better than a Cruise?? All-Inclusive Resort in Cancun, Mexico - Hard Rock Hotel - During COVID-19

- This is the life! Wake up when you want, go have breakfast, go to the gym, wander around a beautiful resort, have some lunch, and hit the beach! We were treated like royalty (as all guests are) at Hard Rock Cancun! When we wanted beach loungers and an umbrella, we only had to ask... they dug a hole in the sand and perfectly positioned the umbrella for maximum shade. Want a drink, they will bring you that as well. When you get tired of laying on the beach... who am I kidding, no one gets tired of laying on the beach? But you can go swimming in the beautiful blue Caribbean, hop on a jet ski for some excitement or even play a little beach volleyball if you are so inclined... which we were not. But the jet ski was fantastic! Lots of fun and great views out in the water. Needless to say, this was a perfect beach day. And what was the best is that we were not on a time clock where we had to rush to get back to the ship. Nope, we moved from the beach to the infinity pool and watched the sunset...

I've been to this hotel a few years ago. It's truly amazing from all the little details. It's a "just right" resort. Not as enormous as all the other all inclusives in Riviera Maya, but it has all the right amenities.
Both my wife and myself love this video. It's our favourite ever from Cancun and we've watch loads from other vloggers. You are both great

Went to our first all inclusive in 2014 for our 40th Anniversary in Mexico! We loved it...bought a membership and go every year. This year, we were staying 12 days, but canceled due to covid. Hopefully 2021 will look better for us. Also cruise about every other year too. We love them both.
We will be doing both from now on!
we have gone to to all inclusives for about 9 years now in a row. Not sure if we will be able to in 2021. This video makes me miss it sooo much!!!! Glad you guys enjoyed it

We have not had a trip literally from the beginning of this ( our last trip was spring break) and the wife is going crazy. what capacity are they operating at? we have to do something soon. we have never gone this long without a real vacation. You guys came to the same conclusion we have. Cruising is awesome and we will never stop doing that be we will hit up an all-inclusive an equal amount of the time. about one each, each year at least.

So just thinking about my first ever trip to Cancun in 2021. When is the best time to go? Going solo btw. Also how do you know the best hotel to stay at? Is a car needed to get around?
Not during the summer it’s too hot. We had great weather when we went. Warm but not too hot. Read TripAdvisor reviews on the hotels to find the right fit for you.

Aura, no restrictions other than wearing your mask in all common areas. I follow a FB page. Hyatt Ziva Zilara Cap Cana. You'll be able to keep up with everything going on there.

@@auraaguirre8300 there hasn't been any issues flying in or out of Punta Cana. Initially, when it opened they were taking temperatures & asking visitors to bring a Negative Covid test result. However, they have stopped that.
I like Cancun better than Punta Cana but it was still fun

Nope, can't take it anymore. I need beach. Shopping an AI for the first time ever. Thanks for the vid..this is really helpful as I haven't the first clue what I'm doing. Hey, it'll be like learning to cruise for the first time! There have been plenty of times on the beach on a cruise port that I REALLY did NOT want to leave (Jack's Shack in Grand Turk comes to mind) and it really sounds appealing to not have to. Noticing when you figure in a drink package, they aren't really more expensive either.

I drove a generator from Georgia to my father in law, because they were gonna be out of electricity for a couple of weeks and he is close to West Monroe, Louisiana. I passed people traveling to Mississippi to get generators, because they were sold out in Louisiana! Louisiana tags with 1 to 2 generators in their truck. Ya'll stay stafe, hopefully this will be the last one this season.

All the drinks and food are included. The only thing we paid for was an excursion.

I have been looking at the cruises that you guys have out there. Which I haven’t been on that many I have one coming up in April for Alaska on the bless just trying to decide which one I want to do so I just have to do some research on the types of cabins because I absolutely absolutely have been spoiled and I love the Norwegian Haven area and that’s all I’ve Ever Cruise

Yep that is where he grew up. Funny thing is that a lot of what you see in the show was actually filmed in Georgia. Jason kept saying he didn’t recognize parts of the lake and we looked it up and found out where it was filmed.

Hi. Great video. I have a couple of questions. What was the policy on masks? Do you have to wear it everywhere inside, or only if you desire? How tasty was the food? And finally, were there a lot of people? Or it is not that popular yet. Thank you very much
The hotel is at a reduced capacity but I don’t know the %. The masks are required indoors but not outside. Overall the food was good but there were a couple of misses.
How long were you there for and how much does a trip like this run per couple? Does the all inclusive beverages actually mean all inclusive? TIA. Looks wonderful!!
It truly is all-inclusive! It depends on the time of year, but when we were here it was about $325 per night for two.

People need to know that they have to download and install an app that is capable of reading barcodes and scatter codes. Doing it at the dinner table may not work since the Wifi could be questionable.

@@biancatoscano2171 It depends on what state you live in. NY you would have to quarantine, Florida you wouldn’t. Check your state and city rules. It’s not a federal rule but all states have their own requirements

From my experience, I've been to NUMEROUS all-inclusive resorts, the food has always been less than satisfactory.
