I grew up eating tripe; and I still love it until this day. The American tripe doesn't taste like our Jamaican tripe, so I haven't had it for years now. I would surely love a plate with some white rice. Yum, yummy ❤❤❤

Hi Val 😊 I personally love tripe here in Texas it’s a Hispanic dish called Menudo and it has pig trotters ( we call them Pig feet) plus hominy and it’s delicious 😋 I would love to try yours but not 🌶️ spicy 😅
