    man... great work! the amount of nostalgia in this palette of the film makes me remember childhood and deep forgotten moments

    thank you so much for making this. this helped me so much with a visual treatment I'm making right now. lost in translation is my main reference, but you gave so much language and information. thank you x 10!

    Lance Accord is the DP, I'm sure he had more to do with the cinematography than Coppola did. Go watch Buffalo 66, has a similar desaturated, grayish look. Also, read "New Cinematographers", there's a whole section with Lance Accord describing the choices he made for the film. Amazing breakdown by the way. Makes me want to watch the film again.
