Hi Leanne, When I see the abundance we can have. And the high quality of modern foodstuffs, it makes me very happy. That coupled with the avalanche of information we have available to us, so that we can maximize any ingredients we may have to hand, it makes me very grateful indeed. I use carrots where other folks might add sugar, chili, tomato sauce, Thai curries, etc etc. Leftover tortillas, recently saw a video. used the tortilla to line an oven proof dish and put a quiche mix inside. can adjust it to any country flavourings.
