Tbh I'm not 100% sure, but I think it could be your top mount bearings - I had a similar issue and just replaced mine and that noise disappeared not sure if it will resolve your issue but give it a try
Hey mhan looks awsome. Just want to know. I want my car to be lower but not to low. Like GTI / R low. My polos back side is to high. Would you recommend coil overs? Can i adjust it that front stay the same equal to the back. Will speedbumps touch and scrap when far it loaded?
Hi there thank you for the feedback🔥 and to answer your questions, yes, coilovers can work but if you dont want to go too low you can always get a drop kit (cheaper option) , however if you want the option to adjust the ride height to your liking coilovers is the best option. Also keep in mind you can still drive normal height with coilovers in. It doesn't mean that if you have coilovers in you have to drive low And for the last question, it depends on your height you adjust it to. With any suspension if you add a load on it, you car will lower (depending on the load) I hope this helped you if you have any other questions feel free to ask
Howsit man you have been driving with the arc coilovers for quite some time now. How is the ride quality of those arc coilovers? Compared to standard suspension
Hi it’s difficult to compare to stock suspension as stock suspension is soft while coilovers has more of a stiffer/harder drive depending on the coilover you go with, but with that being said the arc coilovers are really nice (ride quality wise). I also think it depends on your tyres as wel. if you have a normal set of tyres (thicker) the ride will be “soft” but if you go with thinner tyres you start to feel everything in the road lol Not sure if this actually makes sense but yah that’s my 2 cents
@@shakywes howsit okay cool because I'm thinking of getting a set for my polo I'm going to be running a 195/50 Tyre or maybe 55 profile for now wil later be getting a 17" rim with a 205/45 tyre.. Thanks for the help
Hi Naweed the ride quality for me is perfect on the coilovers 👌🏽( also note that this is my first set of coilovers) However if you have a lower profile tyre on the car as well you'll feel everything in the road and it'll feel hard/stiff. Is that the case for you? Best option is to ask more guys with coilovers and lowering kits how the ride quality is and then you can decide if you want to go with a different lowering kit or coilovers. Looking good my bru! Gonna be installing the same coillies in my polo 6 this weekend, how's the ride quality on these compared to other options available? Have you experienced any issues when fitting them on?
Thanks Bud!!! Great choice in my opinion. I haven't had any experience with any other coilovers tbh but from using the ARC coilovers I highly recommend it. We also didn't experience any issues with the coilover fitment. Also makes sure that the coilovers is fitted straight and also do wheel alignment afterwards. Goodluck with your installation 😁ohh and lastly the ride quality is smooth.
Hi Xavier it took us about an evening (5 hours) but you have to consider the fact that we were also chilling and the recording process made it way longer 😬
