those bottle blue one , what inside? water?

The tall blue bottle is water that I use for the wet stones and also for cooling off the shears if they get too hot on the flat hone.
The black bottle is 70% rubbing alcohol. I use that to clean everything and it easily takes off the markers. I used to highlight the edges.
