As a Chiefs fan, I hope Greenlaw recovers and comes back 100%. Dude is a baller and I hate seeing him go down like that, even if he would have been a pain in our ass. Enjoyed the W but never wanna see players get hurt.

Not many people are named George so I feel like he was just trying to have some fun and even as a chiefs fan, I wasn’t expecting cmc to fumble. I’ve never seen him fumble. Man, you really feel for Warner here. Not only mourning for Greenlaw but he's been here before and really wants to win this thing. As a Packers fan, I was rooting for the Chiefs, but that's tough. You want the teams to win/lose based on how they played, not because they had such a major injury like this. Dude was wrecking this game until then.

It’s not a fact that they lost because Dre Greenlaw got injured, it’s a factor obviously but we also were down Omenihu and our all pro guard Thuney and his replacement played with a torn ucl he got in the game. There were injuries on both sides and Chiefs were able to overcome their deficits better. Dre only played like three snaps so you can’t say that how he was playing in the beginning is how he’d play at the end because all of that defense started slacking once they got tired obviously. It’s not fair to try and discredit a hard fought win because the other team had a player get injured while running onto the field. It’s the niners defense’s issue that they have bad depth at positions because it’s too much pressure on the starters and it doesn’t help the backups improve and it’s definitely not easy to overcome mid game if the backups don’t get much reps
Everyone is hating on Kelce for his fire. Dude brings the fire for the whole team. All you need to know is that embrace between those two after the game to know what's up.

Watching the 49ers grief over Greenlaw, the Chiefs celebration, everybody yacking, those emotions are more real than anything in the stands. They cut deep.
The chiefs didn’t disrespect the niners though. And even though I hated greenlaws late hit against McKinnon that was depressing af to see him go down and nobody with a beating heat could escape the emotion seeing Fred after greenlaw went down. Damn that was sad. Fred can be antagonistic af sometimes but he’s so obviously a good guy who truly loves his team and you gotta respect that. Unless you're a diehard Chiefs fan who followed every game, you don’t know how special this run was. We had so many bad games at the worst times. It looked like the wheels would come off and we might not even win the division in the last few games. Truly amazing postseason and championship repeat.

@@Fro609 mehhhhhh I wouldn't quite say they were under prepared. The overtime dilemma, yeah that's a big error, but the 49ers had a good game plan, and they did damn good... But the chiefs were clearly better prepared. Easy to say a team is under prepared when the chiefs were prepared as well as they were. Out coached for sure. And our entire defense just dominated at another level.
