While not necessarily needing spacers, I plan to use those mounting point and weld up a couple steel pans to tuck under the seats for additional storage. That way maps, gloves, ice scrapers, etc , won't come sliding out from under the seat.

They should have provided a small trim piece to cover the exposed area or a larger stock piece to accommodate the 1.5” height

I just want the front raised...have power seats but the front slopes to front pretty severely when seat is raised....

Looks good. But...
I bought 4 of these type (not this particular set you're using in the video) of spacers with the bolts included.
They all said they will install in 2020+ Silverados.
All of the bolts were too fat to go back into the hole. I'm returning yet another set tomarrow because the included bolts are too fat.
Is it just my truck or are others having this problem with their 2020 & 2021 Silverado? Sick of sitting on the cushion.

Did you have an airbag issue after putting the spacers in? I have a 2018 F150 and after raising the seat my airbag came on and stayed on, I had to take the spacers out.

May I ask, I have a rare syndrome that makes me not grow up to my actual height, but I’ve loved pickup trucks my whole life and have always wanted to build one,
Can you tell me what the seat riser does actually, plus will it help me reach my attended height so I can reach the pedals and see over the steering wheel?

I'm not sure, because you would need some pedal extensions as well

Those 3-D printed parts better be made from PETG. PLA will suffer greatly from heat.
