Judges allowing clear slap lawsuits to go forward is a bigger root of the problem than wealthy people filing them. If they just denied them the phenomena wouldn't be a thing.

I was once told by a judge; "There is no such thing as a justice system. Its just a system, and it doesn't work very well. The only winners are the lawyers, judges and politicians."
That sounds like one of the judges who are actually the problem. Sounds like a radical activist and until them, the system worked pretty well. Nothing is perfect but people forget the little things that matter and instead focus on the blatantly obvious issues that may affect them. I had my life absolutely ruined by a social justice case that started in 2007 but I can still see how our system is 1000x better than most of the world.

The FTC can go after him for the required fake testimonials. Any review or testimonial cannot be solicited to be positive, nor incentivized. They take it very seriously and can be in the hundreds of thousands in fines per violation.
Hopefully after Spencer gets his money back.
I will pursue whatever action necessary to take this loser down once my case is over. I've already submitted multiple inquiries to the IRS and FTC. just hoping they listen

I’m pretty sure he’s basically got like “youtuber” insurance which he’s spoken about in a video some time ago, if he ever got into a lawsuit or sued then they would cover up to a certain amount of the cost. Plus other things that protects him included in the insurance.

I was just thinking about your case a couple days ago. When all is said and done and he has to fork over the $350k, is there a legal route for a suit of your own going after him for a frivolous lawsuit? As stressed out as you’ve been over it…seems like an argument for pain and suffering.
I was told it would be extremely difficult to win a suit if I recoup my fees. It's sooooooo stupid because the damages he's caused me have been significant. I don't show it in videos because I don't want to come across as weak, but this has been an insanely challenging past 16+ months. Mental health, business losses, can't invest in my content, etc...
And it would mean spending another couple of years in litigation with risk of not winning.
If I do recoup my fees, then I'll appreciate the good luck and move on with my life.

In the future, if he does get any substantial money, u can garnish wages, levy bank accounts etc. u WILL be able to collect. Don’t let anyone convince u otherwise. I was able to collect on a bottom Feeder tenant who was deemed “uncollectable” yet I was still able to have his wages garnished once he got a job, like 4 1/2 years later!!! DONT GIVE UP

The fact that RSD associate themselves with this guy is atrocious. He is obviously full of it. I’ve seen him speak in person, and he only appeals to dudes with low self-esteem, who like to be insulted. He assumes a kind of abusive father figure for a lot of young kids who will give him their money in exchange for him, bestowing some kind of new confidence on them. Owen Cook and other instructors/speakers of RSD do actually provide value. But Derek is obviously a scammer.

I wish UFC fighters would quit appearing in this guys phony interviews. This guy is a predatory scammer, and even tho he obviously pays these UFC fighters to do these ads with him. Still, i think these fighters would show a little more character and just refuse. There are plenty of other ways UFC guys can make money with sponsors and so on.
