3pt Tiller conversion on the cheap

Took a large frame Bolens tiller about $100 and made it work on sub compact tractor. Perfect my only 12 or 14hp pto small B6100 Kubota. With not much power or weight this is perfect size and I get a reverse tine tiller. Simple welding up to make the 3 point connections and a different pto end made this possible.

That thing is awesome. Yeah, for edge to edge tilling you need a wider cut to cover your tracks but sweet otherwise

It's offset to one side so as long as I till on one direction it's good

Nice build. Maybe more blade sets to make it wider than your tractor, looks like you have ample power. I like the slow and deliberate method no covers needed and your tiller works great.

Between inside brackets 18" . One side is stock so I think I was matching it on size. From pto shaft to top link it's 14". It is a flat bar about 17" long to the front bolt on gear case. Then a 15" flat bar to the rear gear case stud holding the top link mount stable

Did you have to weld the different PTO end to make it work with your tractor?

Yes I made a complete pto shaft. The org didn't have a slip and 6 spline end
