I think this guy won't do the camera settings tutorial, the best thing is to look in reddit forums, how to get the mod, why it won't be on TH-cam... Camera Setup:
FovHack = 1.250000
CamXHack = 0.090000
CamYHack = -0.150000

CamRotHack = -8.000000
this is similar to my setup
