For several years I took my granddaughter all over Disneyland and DCA to get every pressed penny known to man for her collection. She would save her coins all year to prepare for the hunt.
Thank you Chris. There is no manual for being a parent and even if there was, there is no manual for raising kids in today’s day and age. The challenges that parents and kids face today are unique and just as valid as the challenges that any other generation has faced. ❤
My childhood was filled with all of these. Though I do miss the Arcade in Tomorrowland. It had so many games both upstairs and downstairs. I do wish they would bring that back.
I gotten my silver quarters pressed. These were extremely worn, so no collector value other than the silver , just clean and polished prior to pressing them. Sounds pretty when you drop them on the table.
Super cute video! Especially now that everything is so expensive! My 6yr old will enjoy this next time we go. I actually didn’t know the lamp was there. Thank you for sharing ❤ p.s I appreciate YOU! 🫶
You are so much more polite saying hi to fans than the Adam the woo….he kinda looks upset or doesn’t want to be bothered when people just wave or say hello Kudos to you for being so friendly and so kind.
Thank you Chris for your talk. It felt like you really are talking to me and my husband. Your videos and talks are amazing, you, Amanda and Miles are amazing and you all rock 🤗
If I did the math correctly that would mean park tickets cost 240$ per day, which is almost 2 and a half times what they actually cost for a 1 day ticket
Shooting gallery (exposition) is so nostalgic for me. Did you know they used to shoot real pellets but was too much for Disney to repaint the targets all the time.
Enjoyed it. But you missed one thing right across from the shooting gallery that is one quarter. Go to the back of banaza outfitters and there is a player orchestreon.
you missed a few things you can do with a quarter....one of which is you can make wishes come true. next to the castle,is snow whites wishing well...toss your quarter in there, and make a wish...all the money tossed into the wishing well is collected up by disney, and given to childrens charities....making their wishes come true as well. it doesnt even have to be a quarter....a dime,a nickel,or a penny will do. there are lots of places around the park like this....the queue for snow whites enchanted wish has a dungeon where people toss their coins...and help make those wishes come true. disneyland is a place where "wishes DO come true".
hi Chris, has anyone informed you of when or if they will ever do the Magic Keys again? my kids want to go to disneyland but I won’t spend that type of money for a one day ticket. At that price point, I better be putting that towards a magic key lol
This is a good one! Just the last few days, I was reminding myself that I must take quarters in (which I normally don't) for the nickelodeon (shouldn't that be a quarterodeon?) at the trading post in Frontierland.
Love your videos, Chris! I was surprised to see the t-shirt one guest was wearing at the 12:09 mark in the video. Disneyland needs to do a better job of not allowing this type of thing.
Technically, you can’t do anything at Disneyland with just $0.25 because of the ridiculous admission price 😂 Also great video Chris hope you are doing well!
In the penny arcade the little movie machines only cost a PENNY! Which is amazing cuz you can’t even get a gumball for a penny anymore. It’s hard to think of anything that costs a penny! I’m kinda surprised they haven’t stopped making Pennie’s now that I think about it, ha. But I’m glad they do:
Hi 👋 I hope you are doing well and that everything is going well for you and that you're having a happy week and a happy evening 🌆 and a happy night 🌉😴. I also hope you had a good time on this trip 😊 and I hope you have a good time on your next trip whenever you go on it.
You forgot New Orleans Square in Pieces of Eight Getting your fortune red by Pirate Red. Why didn't you also when you were in the Penny Arcade stop at Esmeralda, and the other games?
Chis thanks so much for one heck of a quarter day at the one and only Disneyland and I know from what you showed if you manage your quarters right you’ll have the wildest time in the universe as you did now I’m curious what food items can you get with your quarters inquiring minds would love to know well Chris you made my day that much better as you always do each time I watch you, now with that peace ☮️ love ❤️ and happiness to you Chris Amanda and Miles and I’ll see you on the next awesome vlog adventure peace ☮️ out ✌️
Aloha Chris...you'd think since Ned is fifty cents his head would actually work and talk like it used to..other than that I love the video..thank you Chris
What a fun video! Yes, the penny arcade and shot guns for sure! So fun. I've never done the lamp, Ned, or pinball. I've seen Ned but just pass by him lol. When I was younger I would use my quarters for the press penny machines. My favorite penny press machine was at the exit of what was Splash Mountain. My only quam with coins and any kind of metals, even my keys, is the yucky smell it leaves on your hand and fingers, so if i handle coins I gotta always wash my hands. 😊
Some of my favorite quarter uses are the fortune teller Esmeralda on main street, the pirate fortunes in Peices of eight, and the dancing Woody in the mercantile. I think there are a few more games but that could have *changed*
I remember when parking was a quarter! An “A” ticket was 10-cents and a “B” ticket was 25-cents! And for about 16 quarters you could get general admission into Disneyland!
I miss those movie viewer things (not sure the actual name of the machine) that lined the floor of the Penny Arcade. Used to live up to its name & have a variety of things like the grip test.
12:08 Man wearing a highly inappropriate t shirt by Disneyland standards. Apparently slipped past security and CMs who were unaware of the meaning. So disgusting for someone to make that choice.
If you pay a ton of money to get in... most of these things you can do elsewhere for free admission. Bass Pro and I'm sure other stores have the shooting galleries. Most cities now have places like 1984 Dave and Buster or other arcades that have pinball. For the cost of going to Disney for 4 you could buy a pinball machine for your game room!
Going there this Friday and Saturday so we dont have to rush through everything. Ill try the pizza taco you had. I've seen videos where the person showcased the food and acted like it was the best food on earth. I went there 2 weeks ago and what we tried was "ok". We use to have annual passes when the top tier was only around 325 each. The food quality seemed to be the same as it was then. Not bad but not something to rave about. I love pizza so Ill be back to give my thoughts. Great video!
Ahh this video was so fun! I love all the little nuggets you share. I’ll be there later this year for a week! I look forward to seeing all of these things when I’m there!
You come up with the funnest ideas for your videos. Thanks and keep it up.❤
Thanks Chris! We love the Magic Lamp (when it isn’t out of service). 💕
Hi Chris! It was so nice to meet you in between Adventure Land and Frontierland! Sending aloha from Hawaii! 🤙🏻
It was my pleasure
My childhood was filled with all of these. Though I do miss the Arcade in Tomorrowland. It had so many games both upstairs and downstairs. I do wish they would bring that back.
I gotten my silver quarters pressed. These were extremely worn, so no collector value other than the silver , just clean and polished prior to pressing them. Sounds pretty when you drop them on the table.
That was fun, thanks! I usually walk right past these activities! I need to explore more!
Thank you for your wonderful videos. I also wanted to say thank you for your special messages, today's message really spoke to me ❤❤❤
Love the subject that you chose. Great way to show children what they can do in DSNYLND.
I did the lamp and shooting gallery last year
I also love pinball! Thanks for sharing these tips!
Super cute video! Especially now that everything is so expensive! My 6yr old will enjoy this next time we go. I actually didn’t know the lamp was there. Thank you for sharing ❤ p.s I appreciate YOU! 🫶
Playing pinball at disneyland...now I have something else I have to do when I vist.
Fun video! Thanks for the videos Chris
You are so much more polite saying hi to fans than the Adam the woo….he kinda looks upset or doesn’t want to be bothered when people just wave or say hello
Kudos to you for being so friendly and so kind.
I love how Chris got to the second thing and it was already more than a quarter. Nice try, Chris.
Such an unexpected but deserving topic... glad you did this one! 😊
Hey Chris ! Thanks for giving my husband and I a chuckle every night after a workday 😊 we love your videos and you're AmaZing !!
Thank you Chris for your talk. It felt like you really are talking to me and my husband. Your videos and talks are amazing, you, Amanda and Miles are amazing and you all rock 🤗
At the current cost of a 1 day ticket, it actually comes out to 25 cents per minute at the park. No joke, do the math. Lol
If I did the math correctly that would mean park tickets cost 240$ per day, which is almost 2 and a half times what they actually cost for a 1 day ticket
@@1800owch weekend parkhopper tickets are currently $259 per day. Maybe you're using an exchange rate?
Shooting gallery (exposition) is so nostalgic for me. Did you know they used to shoot real pellets but was too much for Disney to repaint the targets all the time.
Enjoyed it. But you missed one thing right across from the shooting gallery that is one quarter. Go to the back of banaza outfitters and there is a player orchestreon.
This is so cool! Thank you for showing this, Chris! I DEFINITELY want to try that Indiana Jones pinball machine 🤩
Esmeralda and Fortune Red are also a quarter
Aww, I just left Disneyland. Lol. I loved this video so much! Thanks for sharing!
Dude your content is so wholesome and great

8:23 was that lamp over by what is now Tropical Hideaway and what was an Aladdin stage/theater? I feel like this unlocked a memory for me 😆
I really love your channel and the great things you share with all of us ✨thank you Provost!
Thank you Sir
Super fun video, thank you!
Have you ever done a video on the pressed pennies of Disneyland & DCA and where to find them? They make for cool and inexpensive souvenirs
I loved this video! I love this kind of stuff at Disneyland, so fun!
A coke! 50 years ago! JK! Great video concept.
Chris is a regular Pinball Wizard!
You forgot the dancing Pinocchio
Whats up Chris!!
hi Chris, has anyone informed you of when or if they will ever do the Magic Keys again? my kids want to go to disneyland but I won’t spend that type of money for a one day ticket. At that price point, I better be putting that towards a magic key lol
Excellent idea for a video. We will do them all when we visit in November. And free shooting exposition??? What????
Thanks Chris 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🍁🍂🎃🍂🍁
We really appreciate you and your family you bring so much joy to those of us who can't always get to Disney but do enjoy seeing it thank you so much
This is a good one! Just the last few days, I was reminding myself that I must take quarters in (which I normally don't) for the nickelodeon (shouldn't that be a quarterodeon?) at the trading post in Frontierland.
❤ Fun is in the little things. I love Disney details!

The shooting range was my daughter and my favorite.
She and I would compete to see who could get the target for the ghost rider in the sky.
Hey Chris! isn’t there a music one in a store behind the Adventureland Bazar Store?
Shrunken Ned’s mouth usually moves when he talks. It must be kinda broken. Glad you can still get the little card tho!
Next time bring Jimmy Good with you to be the camera guy while you’re playing. I think you two are a great duo!
Awesome
YOU FOR GOT TO GOTO ESMERLDA AT THE PENNY ARCADE. SHE READS YOUR FORTUNE.
You can go to the wishing well and wish for more money lol
Hi 👋 I hope you are doing well and that everything is going well for you and that you're having a happy week and a happy evening 🌆 and a happy night 🌉😴. I also hope you had a good time on this trip 😊 and I hope you have a good time on your next trip whenever you go on it.
Thanks for liking my comment 😁☺️.
🩷 really glad that you can still afford to attend DL.
We can have our own fun here watching you.
You forgot New Orleans Square in Pieces of Eight Getting your fortune red by Pirate Red. Why didn't you also when you were in the Penny Arcade stop at Esmeralda, and the other games?
So, to be clear, you can only buy ONE thing in Disneyland for a quarter- one turn on a strength testing machine.
In nineteen eighty five you could get a cheerio for a quarter
Chis thanks so much for one heck of a quarter day at the one and only Disneyland and I know from what you showed if you manage your quarters right you’ll have the wildest time in the universe as you did now I’m curious what food items can you get with your quarters inquiring minds would love to know well Chris you made my day that much better as you always do each time I watch you, now with that peace ☮️ love ❤️ and happiness to you Chris Amanda and Miles and I’ll see you on the next awesome vlog adventure peace ☮️ out ✌️
How much do you think the Indiana Jones pinball machine will go for once they retire and auction it off?
Nice shootin and pin ball!
👏🔥🎶🎵🔥👏 = 😁❤️
Aloha Chris...you'd think since Ned is fifty cents his head would actually work and talk like it used to..other than that I love the video..thank you Chris
Is no one going talk about how good Provost’s aim is? 😂
🤣🤣💙💚

a quarter can get you 17 minutes and 41 seconds of content at Disneyland whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat
Thank You For Uploading This On My Beautiful Asian Wife (Maya-Minnie-Chu)’s 29th Birthday.
You’re an awesome 😎 TH-cam channel.
Fun fun! So much simple fun!!!! 🥰🥰🥰
I remember when parking was a quarter! An “A” ticket was 10-cents and a “B” ticket was 25-cents! And for about 16 quarters you could get general admission into Disneyland!

Please come visit California’s Great America in Santa Clara. You would love it Chris 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I remember when the Frontier Land Shootin' Exposition used Beebe's
When r the Disney joke videos coming back
What a fun video. Thanks Chris
15:20
Who still carries change Chris!?!😂
I do 🤪
😁😁🤣🤣🤣💙💚
Do you ever go to Quarters in SLC? They have a bunch of pin ball machines and one is Indiana jones. It’s pretty fun.
Oh I have 💙💚
Think you mean a quarter after you've spent hundreds to park and get in lol
Correct 💙🤣💚😁
Love that Indiana Jones pinball! I wondered if you might include it, even though it's multiple quarters.
And the TH-cam Oscar for best cinematography.... Chris Provost for the pinball game while filming!!!! Speach! Speach!!
The Shrunken Ned machine was broken...pretty bad for Disney.
Always enjoy your videos and love your encouragement talks 💕
If you love pinball you must know Addams family is the best pinball machine ever!
In the Early 90 to 94's in the UK Best Pinball Machines was the DR Who and Addams Family movie pinball's machines.
12:08 Man wearing a highly inappropriate t shirt by Disneyland standards. Apparently slipped past security and CMs who were unaware of the meaning. So disgusting for someone to make that choice.

You missed that music playing machine in Frontierland
You can't even get TO Disneyland for a quarter...
Provost, do you live in California? Or do you fly to California every time you do a video?
Shrunken Ned: "Your future looks like lockjaw if you don't get a tetanus shot after putting your hand in this grungy spot."
Going in November with a friend of mine, definitely gonna tell her to take some quarters so we can play pinball, love these videos :D
Ahh this video was so fun! I love all the little nuggets you share. I’ll be there later this year for a week! I look forward to seeing all of these things when I’m there!
Is it true that Disneyland is now allowing homeless to spend the night there???
Great ideas!!! Thank you so so much😊❤❤
Fun vlog!! Will have to Take the True Grip Challenge 💪
I like to put mine in the quarter machine on the cruise ship😂😂
