it won't revoke her license as it's not a direct threat and the purpose was to prevent a fist fight. Freedom of speech will not revoke your right to bare arms anyway. The only way that could happen is if she were to verbally or in writing say something like 'im going to shoot you' without it being in self-defense. In this case, the lady got very angry, puffed up her chest, and was probably going to kick her ass for what she said. Rightfully so. So, to prevent that, she made her aware that she carries a firearm which is a warning to back off, not a threat to kill. If you don't live in America, don't comment about our laws. She'd have to commit felony assault and battery to be stripped of that right to bare arms. Simple assault, what that threat would be, is a misdemeanor. The worst she'd get is a penalty against her open and concealed carry permit(non-permanent), its not a license. And basically she'd just have to retake the classes to reobtain the permit if that were to happen. Most cases, this doesn't happen unless they have charges pressed against the offending person.

So, to prevent that, she made her aware that she carries a firearm which is a warning to back off, not a threat to kill. If you don't live in America, don't comment about our laws. She'd have to commit felony assault and battery to be stripped of that right to bare arms. Simple assault, what that threat would be, is a misdemeanor. The worst she'd get is a penalty against her open and concealed carry permit(non-permanent), its not a license. And basically she'd just have to retake the classes to reobtain the permit if that were to happen. Most cases, this doesn't happen unless they have charges pressed against the offending person.
