Don't be sad absolutely fucking amazing bass playing bro a bass player play guitar put keyboard as well and I find stuff like this difficult to play it cuz it sounds like it came right off a fucking bass machine.
I never realised how most 80's synth basses sound like a picked muted bass this is so cool
Finally a bass cover that gets the bass line right! Most just cover the string, vocals, or bass piano, but you actually did the bassline from the song.
My 8th grade piano student came in today wanting to learn this song. He had some sheet music with some simple chords. I said the chords sound right but listen to that f****** Baseline. And you're playing it perfectly on a real bass.

I'm a fingerstyle player. I don't have good technique with a pick. If I could play with a pick as great as this gentleman does I would do a lot more pick playing.

I prefer to use harder picks. I dont base on exact thickness, just the ones that has a nice edge and hard enough to produce those clicks
