When you ask to check the meterr or the breaker box when setting the appointment it is a level of commitment at the door or another way of them saying YES. It also makes you look like you know what you are doing. Almost nobody does this.
I’m thinking of relocating to Texas due to my wife’s work commitments…. I can’t imagine myself doing anything else other than D2D Solar. I’m unsure if you guys have offices in Texas but I’m looking for a good company to join with good spirits, training and culture.. I’m hoping to hit the ground running and continue my success…. If Dynamics don’t have offices out in Texas could I ask how I go about finding a well structured company in Texas.
@@leewilson5389 hey, I worked in Houston, Texas with Nivo. Highly recommend. Newer company, led by some freaking dogs. They should be opening up in Austin soon too.
I'm in Texas (Houston/Dallas), mainly selling online using leads and haven't done any D2d but this is sick! Do y'all have any training courses or seminars?
@luisgutierrez5849 we use repcard. I knock in West Texas. Been selling solar for only 3 months and in 3 months I've made more than I did last year when I climbed wind turbines lol. It's crazy
It would be more difficult but I don't see why not. You would have a hella strong upper body after all of that wheeling around. I would also imagine there would be an issue with you knocking on doors due to accessibility not being available at most residents.
He says the increased rates would not apply to then if they get solar. That's incorrect. At night when you are "on grid", the increased rates absolutely do apply to you. You are just hoping your solar system will continually offset the increase by "net metering" most of the increase in the upcoming years. But you definitely are still affected by increases in grid prices...just not as much. He should be more honest.
Sub contract the jobs/ horrible monitoring systems, terrible rating on bbb/ systems not working lol. And they approved old ladies with 20 trees and a bad roof 🥴😛😂😂
@@JT3iii that’s why said he’ll include the reroof with the solar, if a homeowner is paying more than 21 cents a kWH the roof with the solar will come out to almost the same price as their current electric bill.
@@MasculineVitality I get that, but the chances of them getting approved for the roof and solar all in one is always slim. Presentation is really good though but no way it’s closing.
He is freaking good and very calm
I remember old school hunter. Wow, he's gotten hella better💯💪
Persistence baby

@@tuilleri close is the easy part. solar is a no brainer once you explain it. just focus on getting in home.

Do you record with your phone ? I’ve been wanting to get someone to record me on the doors, or is there a camera your using the homeowner can’t see?
Can anybody suggest the best D2D sales app?
yes he did
What are they checking the meter for I haven't done this before but I like the moment separation between the customer to get the bill

Do you train dudes to close or just D2D lead gen?
New reps are typically closing by the end of their first or second week

My man D2D is where the money is. You have full control of everything….
If you know what you’re doing If not you can knock 10,000 doors and won’t get a thing
