Unless you’re doing in public that criteria is near enough impossible to be met! in that case you should be punished publicly in order not just you but others to take it as lesson. I live in the UK and this kind of crime is so prevalent and common now that peoples live in fear of which house is next. Especially after covid there have been gangs of youth forcing entry into properties and tieing the family's up /physically assaulting the females in front of their fathers and even feeding them bleach. This isn't once case its loads of houses in my direct area in recent times. The criminals laugh in impunity knowing that even if they are caught their sentences will be laughable due to the current crisis of overfilled prisons. I worked in the justice system and I can honestly say criminals used to laugh /gloat and compare sentences after they had been sentenced. Families put through this trauma never recover. Go commit such a crime in the middle East /Saudi /dubai and see what happens. So many people I know and even non Muslims are moving to the Middle East in spade fulls as they can live peaceful safe lives and to the point they can leave their houses unlocked. The state of crime due to little deterrent in the UK now is shocking. In recent times a man was killed in London by thieves and later they realised his rolex was fake. This is one case out of thousands now on a daily basis.

A "woman" is a social concept. It can be tied to biological sex, but in many societies it isn't a completely rigid distinction like that. A spectrum exists, similar to how there is a spectrum between being a child and adult.
So it comes down to your definition of woman. It is easy for anyone to tell you what a biological woman is (not accounting for intersex people). But what really matters is not the biological sex, what we care about nowadays is the personality and identity that is tied to the concept of a "woman". By this definition it is much harder to give a clear answer.

@OmyKon Studies estimated about 30,000 converting to Islam annually in the United States. According to The New York Times, an estimated 25% of American Muslims are converts, these converts are mostly African American.
77% of new converts to Islam are from Christianity, whereas 19% were from non-religion.
The Total Fertility Rates for the two fastest-growing religious groups in sub-Saharan Africa - Muslims and adherents of folk religions - are higher than the rates for Christians and the unaffiliated.
The Muslim population is growing, and in the next two decades Muslims could become the second-largest religious group in the United States, according to a Pew Research study.
The Pew Research Center combined studies they conducted in 2007, 2011 and 2017 with yearly data from the US Census (which does not track religious affiliation) to put together a portrait of the future of Muslims in America.
According to their data, the Muslim population is growing at an accelerated rate, and will more than double from an estimated 3.45 million in 2017 to an estimated 8.1 million in 2050. In the meantime, Muslims are expected to surpass Jews as the second-largest religious group.
      So stop hating.
Also, if one ignores birth rates, Islam is still the fastest growing religion.

if a girl was raped she was meant to be disowned by the father.
She had to marry the rapist.
Stoned if she did not shout for help.
If virgin her father had to be paid.

@@truthamazing5027 I see you have done a pretty good research there so you should not turn your face away from truth. If you would take 2 minutes and read this little paragraph, it'll clear akl your doubts.
Apologetics claim that Muhammad PBUH claimed that he felt like his Aorta was severed which means it was a sign of torment as Quran says Allah will severe his Aorta if Prophet manipulates the message of Quran but they should understand the severing of the Aorta was an idiom used for severe pain as other idioms of Arabic like throwing mud on one's face means the most hated, cursed etc etc in a figurative speech it does not mean literally. Here is an another clear cut idiom from the Quran itself and understand how wisely Allah explained the Quran to the Arabs as per their real life, walk and talk, Piercing into their hearts!
Quran 17:29 “ And do not make your hand [as] chained to your neck or extend it completely and [thereby] become blamed and insolvent.”
The above words of verse was mentioning stinginess, miserliness etc and not hands chained to one's neck literally. I ve studied in few references from Arabs this cutting of Aorta, was used to mean severe pain.. So why did he have severe pain ? Let's see the next hadith
It's seen in another hadeeth whenever Prophet felt fever the heat was intense its because he had the strength to bear as he was given the strength of 40 men as every Prophet was given so he said its normal for all the Prophets because the Prophets were most tested this goes in line with their physical strength And they prefferd it and rejoiced on it as seen in the below hadith . Let ponder on this hadith to understand this
      Sunan Ibn Majah 4024
      Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudri said:
“I entered upon the Prophet (ﷺ) when he was suffering from a fever, I placed my hand on him and felt heat with my hand from above the blanket. I said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, how hard it is for you!’ He said: ‘We (Prophets) are like that. The trial is multiplied for us and so is the reward.’ I said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, which people are most severely tested?’ He said: ‘The Prophets.’ I said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, then who?’ He said: ‘Then the righteous, some of whom were tested with poverty until they could not find anything except a cloak to put around themselves. One of them will rejoice at calamity as one of you would rejoice at ease.’”
So this proves Allah does not burden a person more than he is capable of bearing as in verse 2:286, and if Allah has to severe Aorta of a false Prophet like the Apologetics claim, , Allah need not wait for 23 years until Islam got dominance and prevailed as there were 124000 companions were in the last Haj of Prophet at the valley of Arafah unlike Jesus's 12 disciples. The Jewish lady who poisoned Prophet when interrogated told that she poisoned the food since she wanted to test whether Prophet Muhammad PBUH was a real Prophet ? So he did not die on the spot but died 4 years later which proved to them he was indeed a real prophet, though Bishr died on the spot dashing their hopes of to claim he was a false prophet

    • @PerigoBerro
      @PerigoBerro ปีที่แล้ว

@HandyDandy6 Prisons are in no way a form of deterrence, especially when they get released for stupid reasons. Some people even aim to go to prison because it's easier than the outside world! In many countries, some prisoners are living their lives much better than some people out here with their cushy beds and even PlayStations.
A deterrence must force people to think twice, and after a while, Prison does not have that effect. In fact, when you speak to people it's not even the prison itself they're afraid of, it's the people inside it. Who would care if the prison is empty?
      But
Imagine knowing that whatever wrong you do, there will be severe and quickly executed consequences that cannot be undone, that can permanently change YOU and even end you. People would debilitate greatly before even saying certain things.

The idea is that you inflict maximum punishment on the one who has done wrong. Punish him openly. Let everyone see the consequences of the crime. Let him be an example for anyone who dares to go against the law. This is what we must adopt in western world. Here criminals are enjoying free lodging and food. No one is reformed by the judicial system. Let me give you a real example. This is something that happened last month. A woman was found dead in the bushes near my house. A running car was found right next to the curb. Inside the car they found a 4 year old child strapped to the car seat. The door of that car was open. Cops came and did their investigation. They later found out that the lady was on her way back from prison where his boyfriend was held for murder charges. He was sentenced for 10 years in prison out of which he only spent 5 years behind bar. Anyway, girlfriend picks him up from prison.. was driving home .. got into a fight ... The guy detoured in our neighborhood (which is an affluent neighborhood) ... Stepped out.. beat the hell outta that woman...Infront of his own kid... Strapped in the back seat... And ran away... In the early morning a jogger spotted the body..۔ The cops caught the guy the next day ... Turns out to be a rapper.. he is back in prison .. will be sentenced for 10 years , However he will be back on the street in 5 years for good behavior and he will be roaming around in your neighborhood left right and center. So had it been any islamic country , his fate would've been cealed!!! ... He would have had his head chopped off the first time he committed a gruesome crime.

"I will kill that guy" is an expected EMOTIONAL responce to the crime. That doesn't justify it as the punishment.
And he is using a very extreme example when trying to justify extreme punishments for petty crime. A common thief can learn to be better. In fact, it is quite likely they will find a productive use of their hands.

People are being murdered and slaughtered in the streets for nothing, I'm sure the families of those and even some criminals who have lost their lives to other criminals wished they had only lost their hands and not their lives.

Indeed, if the case is severe, the justice is to chop the hand, the person is taking the consequences of what he/she did to another human being. & then reflect, perhaps that will change an evil person to repent. Like serious, there are people who have no hands yet are capable of doing things alone. We dont believe in hanging one person, who are we to take one life, but we can put a punishment so that it remains a reminder in life.

@@faridheddouch6403 You have a brain. You do your research, of course murder, rape, treason, homo, idolatry is a henious crime in Islam. We are allowed to put that punishment to the criminal as to what he/she did to the victim. Yet again, who are we to judge. Who are we to take ones' life. If that criminal repents in remorse, and be the best muslim that he/she could be. Islam is rationally right. Weigh the criminal, if he/she show no remorse whatsoever, then let the authorized judge and courts do their work. At the end of the day, I am just promoting peace and love. Would never want to say it is ok to kill or kill to punish. May Allah protect the believers from such agony situations. PEACE.

It's not just entirely "chopping off the hands" because they stole something or they did something bad. But also, it is just a grave punishment to send a message to other criminals "don't do it, or you will face the SAME consequences". Question now is, will you steal after seeing someone got his hands chopped off?
Also to note, it's not as easy as that, to chop it off. They will need to go to under a few judiciary system, until they are proven guilty. Those who actually studied the shariia law and has a degree on it, knows better.

We recently went to Dubai and we were at the mall and my younger brother left his electronic watch in the bathroom. Once we realized about that after an hour, we went back to find the watch and it was in the same exact place in the bathroom.
Turns out the punishment for stealing is getting the hand chopped off... so you can see it is pretty effective.
