Man, I've been listening to Nouman for years, never once has he failed to impress me with his intellect and knowledge. The way he delivers a speech really is a work of art. This brother is years beyond the likes of clout chasing psychopaths like Jordan Peterson. He's truly a brother I love from the bottom of my heart
The problem is, we all say, but what can I do? I'm only one person. I only have the skill to do x or y, I can't change the world. We forget that if we all stand together we can make a change. Even something as small as boycotting Pepsi and McDonald's. I keep getting into arguments with other Muslims who don't boycott because they don't think we can make a change. In Arabic there is a saying, you can't clap with one hand.
This is exactly what I have been thinking since last few days....We still under slavery but just the way to dominate has been changed....As a new revert I can confirm the way they play with your mind and your behaviour is horrific! May Allah protect all our brothers and sisters and change the heart of the kafir.!
Same in Kazakhstan, if you speak Russian, there is completely different treatment, better treatment than when you speak Kazakh. Mental slavery is horrible!
I ask Allah to help the Muslims breaks the invisible chains of slavery that were created by the “Modern World” and break free to enlightenment and freedom ❤
This is a very good reminder of the evils of mental colonization and the need to free ourselves from it. Mental colonization is the biggest obstacle in the way of us realizing our full potential.
It’s so surprisingly shocking to see how Br Nouman contextualises topics and the way he makes it easily digestible.. he’s been around for so many years and I’m glad I got to see him in person. May Allah preserve him and his family Ameen
Praise be to Allaah. This is an important verse which indicates that Allaah subhana wa ta'ala, in His perfect justice and wisdom does not change the condition of the people from good to bad or from bad to good, from ease to hardship or from hardship to ease, unless they change their condition themselves 🌴 🌴 🌴 🕊️🕊️🕊️
This was a great talk, Sheikh there needs to be a second part to this, explaining what needs to be done in regards to this moving forward. We need to unite the ummah and move together in sync
I can relate the "western mindset" he is talking about to an episode that happened last year in Morocco. I was shopping at a grocery store, and was waiting in line for the cashier. When it was my turn, the girl behind the desk said "bonjour" and I answered "assalamu aleikum". I got the weirdest look back, like I said something wrong. As muslims, we have to be proud. We have the most beautiful greeting phrases, we have rules that are good for us in terms of both physical and mental health (some already known by modern science like the benefits of fasting) and others not yet known. If you are fluent in a western language, great! If you also happen to speak another language, don't be shy to speak it to people that understand that language. Be proud of it. Greet each other with salaam, and teach people that have the courage to ask "what is the meaning of what you just said?" about our religion. Don't let pressure from the society make you go astray from the right path. If you stand for what you believe in, you will get resistance from some people, while others will respect you for what you do. In the end, the only one you will be questioned by, is the one that created you. Assalamu aleikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatu.
This message every muslim needs to understand. It has to be shared. Never was an issue si important to be understood like this. Because it has impact on our Aqeedah, our identity.
May Allah give you massive rewards for humble and true massage definitely you are my brother a great scholar in beautiful and true religion of Islam. I appreciate and respect the truthful talking. 🤞🤲
Many love, respect, and appreciation to our honorable scholars who are bravely talking that truth while we understand that it “is very dangerous if are right and the government is wrong”.
Masha Allah it was a great khotba. Yes sir you are right everyone tell you what to do but no one doing that what Allah says swt. Hurt lot i pray Allah to forgive us. La ilaha ila Allah subhanaho wattala. Jazaka Allaho khayran for sharing with us.
@Rose-h7o Your family aren’t really religious, their hypocrites who just pretend. Becuase the real religious people would never abuse, and force, and the they would teach with kindness and patience and compassion. May god help and bless you.

One of the most things I hated about living in Dubai was the obsession with luxury shopping and high end cars. It was not even tasteful just flashy stuff to show off. It made me think of all the resources wasted on brands instead of helping the poor or paying poor construction workers a fair salary. It is not worth it.

This is a topic that needs to be discussed more. The mental servitude and Stockholm syndrome in south Asians is a real problem!
Yeah
South Asians are more white supremacist than the KKK...
