I LOVE this style of setting small cabs so much better!!!. What a lovely piece of jewelry can be made with this method. You have helped me immensely, thank you so much.🙏🏼🌹
I love both the channel sets. They are beautiful. I'm suprised the stones stayed when you bent it into a ring. Much hardier than they look. Thanks for sharing. Your the best. Be happy, safe and stay healthy 😷⚒
Love the look of this! Thank you for sharing! I want to do the 3 stones like you did here, but I'm not sure how long the 18 1/2 round should be for this. Do you remember?
it is in the info box under the video, but it can be tricky to find this area especially if on your phone, so I'll just put the link for you here: facebook.com/groups/799885890092046
I wonder could this potentially work with chip style stones or is there maybe a technique that would be better for them for those of us still working on new techniques?
I get mine from riogrande.com but I know you can find re-sellers who sell it in smaller quantities on Etsy or Ebay if you are just wanting a small amount

I prefer the look of this style for in-line setting - very graceful.

OMG yes. Much easier. I couldn't do the other way. The stones would fall out or I would crush them

Love this
Looks amazing! Would it work for oval shaped ones?
as long are they are very tiny like these I think it would
Very nice, thank you for sharing.
Thank you !

I think this should work with little stone chips! I only have chip beads, but I will give it a try to see
Beautiful!!
Thank you! 😊
Thanks for sharing
My pleasure :)
Sweet! Very good! Thank you!
Glad you like it!
@@OxanaCrafts Love it!!! And good to help teach with! To teach me! :) :) :)
C'est très joli moi aussi je préfère ce style
Can 21 or 22 gauge half wire be used instead of the 18 gauge?
I'm afraid it would be too thin to work, maybe if the stones were even smaller
Very nice
Thank you!
Wow
Would either of your channel setting videos work with 14 mm stones?
Which one is more secure?
14mm is quite large to channel set, so I don't think it would work.
the more traditional way is more secure, the one in the other video
@@OxanaCrafts Thank you so much for your response!
Are you using dead soft wire?
Yes dead soft
I cant find square wire for the life of me
I get mine from riogrande.com but I know you can find re-sellers who sell it in smaller quantities on Etsy or Ebay if you are just wanting a small amount
@OxanaCrafts thank you I never wanted to commit to so much! But I desperately need it I'll give a look today.
