E-Dub, congrats on all the PSA-10’s! Thanks for sharing another cool PSA reveal. The sapphire cards have so much eye appeal. It’s too bad that some have the surface print lines on front and back, which knocks it down to a PSA-9. But it’s nice to see that the majority of all graded cards are getting PSA-10’s. Still wondering if that Luke rookie sapphire Onyx 1/1 will surface.
I know! I wonder too… I’ve heard nothing, and seen nothing on my searches for news. Might still be out there, which is crazy.. thanks for watching. I needed this return after the Jedi and Empire return. Ha. I know that these coming returns on my 77 series’, will remind me quickly on how rare a 10 can be. I’ll keep my fingers crossed though 🤞🏻
Nice to see that little "GE..." peeking out when you slide your thumb over!! Awesome results! I looked at the PSA pop report a while back and seems like not too many Onyx 1/1's had been graded. Especially, for the key cards. Might be some big fish still out there! As far as the eventual 1977 Series 1 box opening, you should really take your time with that one if you want. Split it into several videos, take your time opening the packs, looking over the cards and having fun with it! I KNOW you'll be feeling like a kid again opening that one, so no need to hurry through it for viewer's sake! We'll enjoy the ride with ya!
I appreciate it Ryan… I really think I’ve come to the conclusion of breaking it up. For any box for that matter. Maybe even 9 packs per video, or fewer. And you’re right, no need to bust through those…. they’re all great cards, and need to be scrutinized to some degree. Thanks a bunch
I have to say… I was definitely nuts for Sapphire there for a while. So, most of them were from boxes. I did buy a few raw. And I got very lucky on those grades too, I have to say. I got a /15 #65 I think it was… and it graded a 10. I feel very fortunate on that one.
@@chriscarlisle4051 that would be awesome for sure. Reeeaaasonably doable maybe too 🤔. Nothing that time and money can’t achieve 😬. I think I’ll end up doing this too, in due time. How many do you have at this point? In base 10’s, I might only have 10 of them. It’s a lot easier/cleaner and cheaper to achieve in base cards than it is to try to deal with the insanity of doing something with parallels. I love these cards though.
Could have sworn I left a comment on here. The site I use for gem data is called gemrate. Sapphire come in around 69%. BTW I have a #4 PSA 10 Solo and a 9 in the #58. Cant wait for you to pull a 10 from your box.
