Did you notice the legs on the last shed? I was cracking up, looked like the bottom half of a scarecrow! I love old out buildings, ya never know what you will find! Great video!

Thanks for re-showing this house! I'm not a fan of those who continually rush through their explores while wildly swinging their camera around. Under 15 minute explores just don't cut it. ...Apparently these people liked those cheap department store wall hanging reprints! They didn't appear to be hoarders either. All those ladders going up and everywhere was crazy! It's a wonder they haven't been stolen. ...Very nice, enjoyed this one, Brandon!

The lampshade is 70’s. The wall paper is 80’s to 90’s. Too bad the roof went bad. All that water and mold ruins the structure. I adore that upstairs. Id make it a studio apartment. I think I would have to add an exterior stairs, or just have them come into the front and use the stairs. Add a bath up there. Some of the furniture is so charming. Id use it for decor. I could make the area either shabby chic or farmhouse 😅style decor. My current home has a 2 bed apartment upstairs. The decor is mostly a “vintage look” because it has original 1929 hard wood. We share the lobby entrance. We had a bat problem once. Anyway, I see a house, and I immediately decide how I would fix it up. I was deciding what I was keeping as the camera rolled along. How I would redo the bathroom and kitchen. It had a first floor bedroom and bath, which is about my only requirement. AC is nice. Love your explores Brandon. You are so cute. But I’m old enough to be your mother 😝. This is a great way for me to kill time. I had to take one of my big guy pain pills and lie down until it kicks in. I had a serious injury exactly one year ago. I’m still affected with some days worse than others. Id take on a project like a renovation with a younger, qualified partner. I used to mainly work alone. I hired out the big jobs, but did the rest myself. 😊I tire more quickly since my leg injury, but I can now do pretty much everything I once did. I just really have to pace myself and knock off a bit earlier. I used to work 15 hour days on my house flips because I only had a few weeks to renovate then get it sold. (Now I can make about 8-10 hours if I don’t overdo it as I go along.)I was quite successful on that part of my life. My Reno’s were so charming that my houses sold within a month even in a bad economy (2012-14). Your tale of “old fashioned lifestyle” at the end is how life should be. I raised my family with that kind of closeness. I read aloud to them instead of watching tv. I kept the family under the protection of my motherly wings. The little ones were welcome to crawl into bed with us. I’m still that close with several of my children and their families, well except for the crawling into bed part. Lol. I don’t see my unmarried sons all that often, though. Sad. Anyway, this is my kind of house. I really, really enjoy your presentations. You don’t rush, curse, skip parts like the basement (the basement or foundation, mechanicals, and roof are the most important parts of a house. When I look at houses to purchase, the basement is the first place I go. Gotta see my some electrics and furnace.), or edit it down to nothing. You hold the camera steady. Sometimes you move it too fast when you scan areas, but mostly you let us get a good look. You quickly became my fave explorer, after Proper People, last month. In case you want to know, the history of a place is my favorite part. I crave it. I like it when explorers are able to get some info either prior to the filming and talk about it as they go, or get it afterwards and add it in as voiceover. Script on the screen is okay, but I do tend to listen more than watch you tube in general, so I sometimes miss text on the screen. Sorry to prattle on…I need to get out more or start a project instead of lying here watching and thinking about projects.

I love to write. The interaction of you tube is probably why I took to it so intensely. I watch you tube for hours every day while I do my tasks. I carry my iPad around with me. I took a mile walk today (my injury feels the best when I actually use my leg, which is good), with my ear buds in, and true crime you tube playing on my phone. In the old days when we read the newspaper every day, I was always up for a letter to the editor, lol. They only ever published a few a day, but my letters made the cut twice.
Maybe it's a house where the lady of the house passed away, so when she died the husband left the home and he also left all the time memories with the home too, and the car was maybe his late wife's WICH is why he left it behind.....
