Just a tip 400° is too hot for glass dishes mine say 350° they will break. Good meal ideas
I eat low carb and i like to meal prep. The only time I have ever made broccoli salad was for barbecues. It is such a great side for low carb and meal prep. I am making burger salad for meal prep this week too. So yummy Ty!
The main reason I don’t fix the Big Mac in a bowl is that it’s just me at home and the lettuce would go bad before I’d be able to finish it. I love broccoli salad.
I eat salad everyday until it's gone.

You’ve shared so many tips with me. Here is one for you if you use a “lettuce knife aka nonmetal you’re lettuce will not turn brown, especially when meal prepping.
Love all these recipes. I've been wanting ro make those big mac tacos everyone is talking about. I think i could jig your big mac salas to work with that. The beef and sauce seem to be the star of the show. I know you wash all your produce but i was surprised you don't wash your rice? I always thought it needed to be washed but I'm not sure where i heard that xx
