Is there any difference between the Wellue chest pads vs standard 3M pads? Big price difference.

Really would count on his high intensity it is. A regular weight lifting session should be fine. If your doing a METCON or something more plyo based you might not have as good of luck
I see when you open app it says 30 minute max so When you do a 24 hour. Is there anything special in the app you have to do? Or does it automatically start recording? Also if it just does start recording(for 24 ht ecg) and you go into the app. Does this stop the 24 hr recording? Not much in the handbook.
You need the Windows app to upload and analyze the full recordings.
Recording starts on its own as soon as it detects a heartbeat and shuts itself off after not detecting anything for some time.

@@FitnessWithFrost I am from India ..i currently use a charge 2 for 3 years....and the issue I am facing is it's not waterproof and the battery has aged a lot so every 2 days I have to charge
I'm pretty darn sure that you will enjoy the Charge 5 a lot. Waterproof. About 6 days of battery life. Good screen. I think you will like it a lot

That is a solid question. I tried to open the app and see if I could change it and I couldn't. I would try and reach out to them and figure out if you can
Yes, you can change the language to german. The AI-ECG analysis supports 6 different languages: English, German, Spanish, Italian, French, and Chinese.
