ATS Career ; Ep 4 | Redding (CA) to Los Angeles (CA)

With a little over 600 hrs in Euro Truck Simulator, and having explored pretty much all of the map (including ProMods); I felt it time for a change. With the recent Steam sale; I dusted off my Thrustmaster TX300 RS GT and pedals, setup my table again like a cockpit in-front of the TV, and bought myself American Truck Simulator with all of the map packs (but I missed Utah - dohhh).
I love this game! It seems so fresh driving around compared to my homeland in the UK, Europe. I’m really enjoying the drives I’ve had so far. Everything’s so much bigger in the US of A!
The trucks are fresh and meaty. The scenery is nice. And with not being familiar with the states and cities; this is going to be a great way to boost my geographical knowledge; similar to my increased familiarity with Europe from all those deliveries. I end up googling towns and reading about them; looking on google earth etc. It’s fascinating to have that connection in a game!
