I need a hairdresser who does balayage like this. The ones I have been to in the UK seem to hate using this technique and go back to using foil and standard highlighting. Really annoying. they seem to just want to get you cooked and out of there as soon as possible. Bums on chairs and ££££'s in the till. If anyone can recommend someone in the cotswolds area of the UK who uses this technique I'd welcome the tip.

I mean, when I get my colour done it does take 3.5 to 4 hours... so I don't think its that unreasonable.
