    Chance upon this landed video and I have to say this is very informative and engaging way of content creation. Lets me learn more about the landed space. Ideal world is buy landed but nowadays, I cant see any Type 1 terrace going for less than $3.5m. Hence strata landed may be able to fill void

      Thank you for your kind comments! Spot on. The type 1 terrace space has become literally a "battle ground" for new buyers as the limited inventory coupled with an increase in demand definitely lifting prices to a sweet spot entry price ard 3.5m. Strata landed therefore has found itself the beneficiary of renewed interest in the recent year. That being said , its a home. If it works well, that is good enough

    Have been watching your videos for some time, thanks for all the efforts!
    For strata landed, if there is lift, wouldn't it be like a dual or even triple keys unit? While it is a vertical condo, it is also like have a small condo building of your own.

      its just marketing. u could possibly . as long as u stay within the legal limits of the number of occupiers!

      there could be a chance of enbloc yes though the new parameters around a cluster project disincentivises new cluster development as more common grounds are required and results in less GFA buildable.

    Cluster home owners have to pay high maintenance fees, at least $600 over. If one is retired, where to find such cash? This is not factoring in the maintenance inside the house. Not a wise choice. Landed is much better, it's a piece of land you call your own and so there is much more potential for capital appreciation and asset preservation.😂😂

      Hello @makwoon3635! There certainly is that consideration. So loosely we call strata landed vertical condos because you pay maintenance fees though you will enjoy amenities that landed dun! But truly agreed for capital appreciation or even wealth preservation, landed is definitely go to.

    Someone asked if a strata landed property has a higher chance of enbloc, compared to a landed ?

      Well enbloc for cluster homes are also a consideration for some. However the lansdscape for new cluster housing guidelines are more onerous and may have to be considered in detail before developers are keen.

    In the hard reality, those who cannot afford a pure landed property will have no choice but to buy a strata property and say that they need security, facilities for their family, don’t have to worry about maintenance etc……..

      Actually its about a home ! Every property is good to each family if they are happy! Though if u wanna think a bit more about wealth accumulation , the decision is a bit harder! We are here to value add. Thanks for watching!
