Ingredients
Chicken
1 full chicken (cut up) about 2kg
1 medium sized onion (chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger powder
1 tbsp Curry powder
1 tsp garlic
2 tsp Salt
1 crushed chicken boullion
11/2 cup of water
Rice
4 cups rice
Chicken broth reserved from boiling the chicken
1 cup of water or add until rice is fully cooked
1 tsp salt
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 Green bell pepper
Vegetables
Cooking oil
3 large diced carrot
Green pea ( 1 cup)
Sweet corn ( 11/2 cups)
Liver (quantity of choice)
Green Beans ( 1/2 cup)
1/2 Green bell pepper
Spring onions
1 tsp White pepper
1 tsp Curry
1/2 tsp salt
