Hi Prarthana, I also feel disgusted by the patriarchal and queerphobic mindsets of young generations. I had a friend like this in college. On the contrary, I've seen people from older generations to be open and accepting. My grandma is one of those few older generation people who is open to stuff that people were not aware of in her days. Anyways, it doesn't need mention that your content is as usual amazing and full of humour 💙

About the PT/PE teacher,... Just a recent experience I'm sharing... Sooooo like few weeks ago when I had my Chemistry practical the PE mam came and made boys went outside (outside there was PE sir checking them) and then she came inside suddenly grabbed me from behind and kinda back hug thing while checking my pockets "bacha you don't seem to have phone gud" (I was like at the first seat you see so she came to me first) first I got startled, second I was holding my breath while she checked even it was for 10 seconds or so💀💀💀💀💀 then later just thinking "what just hApPEneD"💀🖐🏻

Its interesting you pointing out the straight relationship on the center of the story and their marrige, it says a lot about how India sees queer ppl (ok, you can be gay but at least pretend to be straight). Its a middle way of acceptance, and the movie shows it in all forms - as you said, very accurate.

You should watch "Kaathal the core" (It's a malayalam film), It features Mammootty & Jyothika. Mammootty plays the role of a gay man. I loved the movie so much. This movie was a bit scary... Because... Hear me out... There's this one point in the movie when they (the lead characters) were shown trying to fit in with heteronormative ways... I was like, there's no f ing way they're gonna do us dirty... And thankfully they didn't... I was annoyed by the constant push towards making it suitable for heteros...
