After a long struggle, girls reach at these levels. If they are supported a little bit , they really can do wonders. When mothers are educated, the whole family progress a lot.

It reminds me my own journey when i joined after one year of maternity leave .. everything is overwhelming.. motherhood is a lonely journey..no one support n think how we feel .. people just casually say leave your job if u can't handle both .all those people who cribs about having a grand child suddenly vanish . thank god i got good support from my workplace n i will be able to pull myself together..i remember i got to log off early n resume my pending work after 10pm n my manager will be available for me to plan n schedule imp work..we used to call it moomyshift😊 .. its for every working mother get/hire support as much u need don't burn out yourself so that u can have time for pesonal n professional growth..

Being a female one thing I can say more female bosses only create toxic work environment. They do everything but work. Politics ,lobbisim and plotting and planning is what they love.

In nuclear family it is really very tough for working parents to manage work life balance. I think in laws should support new parents in this time if they want to see their children succeed.

It's not only about new mom even after many years of being a mom, a child can need a mother anytime, and in this way, if a office supports, it will be very fruitful for women to continue their passion.
Family and office both should stand for a working mom.. Its hard with a big bag of guilt and emotions to leave for office..

We women, and girls, have to focus on our careers and have to reach that point where we are financially independent. Not only that we need to be physically fit, need to learn all skills such as driving and most importantly, self-defense in today's world. Being a mother is not our identity. we have to be more than that. we should have our own identity, and we can only get that by building it.
So girls please focus on your careers so that we can eliminate patriarchy from our society.

Very good content. It portrays today's problem with most working moms. Unless there is a good support system, it becomes very difficult for a working mom to bring about a balance between work and child-rearing. More so because there is no time limit for office work and people have to work day and night, unlike our earlier generations where office work was limited to a specific time and rest of the time was for home and family.

      @thevanv3294 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

Well this was the situation 20 yrs ago also … even then work never had a fixed closure at least in the private sector, moms had support from their moms and day care centres… Not much support from husbands and even unwanted advice from fellow women colleagues as to why not quit and take care of your child etc….Parenting is an equal responsibility and partnership between both the parents.. Of course there are some couples were both are equally responsible and take care, help each other in nurturing their baby hope it becomes the norm. And women don’t have to just handle everything .. Good if companies are extending this support to their female employees…

If a woman gets such husband, i guess we should consider him as GOD. Nothing less. I bet even if we find few understanding husbands who use biscuits to praise wife, cannot practically do a task. It's (task expected to be done by husband) just like shaving a head with knife. Don't have any expectations and leave kids.

After 7 years of being a stay at home mom, and finally taking up a WFH job, my husband extended to help me with household chores...help..not share... and then he after few days started calling my family and saying...'she is not feeding our son, she is not doing ghar ka kaam...' it was very hurting...he called me a bad selfish mother for attending an office get together instead of spending the new year eve with him and our child... Sometimes we are made so guilty for not fitting the societal norms of being the perfect mother or wife...

Even if 30% of the companies Support this way, no new mom will struggle for work life balance. I really loved the concept as its very clear that husband and his family support is HOPELESS (except for pushing when you will give is grandchild). That's why when girls are planning to get married, they need to be clear upfront on the work life balance as a legal agreement before marriage. At least this way, girl is clear on family ssupport whether or not to raise 1 or 2 kids or adopt. No family support is main reason for increasing cases of childless couples in India. I really loved useless husband character. He best represented all irresponsible husband's in a second.

very sorry for your situation. Take it positively , be with your child and once the baby is able to speak and express his/her feelings, get admitted your child to some good reliable day care center and start your job again, may be you will get even better package at the new job. And while being home keep updating your skills using ONLINE certifications in your field of work, that will help you too. I have gone through such a phase. Here you had a job, I was not allowed to even finish my graduation even after starting College study after marriage. I was promised to keep studying and in-laws were very supportive but my husband only stopped me continue my study as I got pregnant and my dream of becoming a doctor was ruined. Still I did graduate after both my sons started going to school, and studying as an external student, studied at home and gave exams through SNDT Womens' college, Mumbai. Coming to USA I started with entry level job, but along with that I studied ONLINE , practicing Computer tech certification course and getting that certification I worked as a computer technician till I retired. Be positive. Wishing all good for you.

And as a MIL I gave my full support to my DIL to study Nursing course, that started as a 1 and a half year course, then she decided to go for Bachelor's Degree course , she became a mom while she was doing 1 and a half year's course, but I went to help her while she was pregnant and even after that was always there 3-4 months at her time for exams. And like ways I had a chance to be with my granddaughter that was a golden opportunity for me to be there for her as well. My granddaughter when she started talking, she used to naively used to ask me "are you my mommy?" and then we played Mommy duck and baby duck, mommy turtle and baby turtle "etc.. And you know when my DIL got graduated, WE were not there at her graduation ceremony but she SPECIALLY PRINTED OUT the CERTIFICATE awarding MOTHER IN LAW all credit for her becoming a B.N. Of course, allowing me to be with my son's home to help my DIL my husband and the younger son too supported by managing their stay without me for all these months when I was away from my home. So it boils down to be supportive from all the family members. Now my DIL is a Nurse Practitioner practicing at the Doctor's office and we all are very proud of her.

Handling the baby and feeding the baby with a feeding bottle keeping her on bed is sooooooo wrong.. and only adding dialogue "baby ko burp karaayaa?" does not give you clearance of being a good mom. Director missed minute points which are very very important in taking care of the new born baby! over all, poor video production. The Boss being nasty and then suddenly turning 180 degrees to gift her with a box and allowing a helping assistant...well from the beginning she should have shown kindness and asking for what could make Tanvi's workload easy to handle till she gets settled in her new role of a mother.

I have seen my colleagues being pushed to quit or switch jobs in this condition. Managers would hardly support such situations and ask them to take up project in different city or be available full time.
It does not matter whether there are people to support at home unless offices staff understand realistic situations.
For many men maternity leave is a holiday that a women enjoys.

In reality we cannot find bosses like this
They will insist you to work like any others in the team and will make you feel inferior and like nothing in front of the team
This is only in the videos 😂
