Basically he can see and name/which awakens power people already possess

He can even use it to reverse injuries and heal himself in the process. and eventually killing juggy, in the final fight uryu sneaks on yhwach and shoots him with ryuken's quincy arrow to kill him and stop the madness and the chaos the quiggers caused in the seireitei

And knowing that Sternritters are peak quincies, Has Walhein and Uryu final battle should have gone with both using their versions of Vollstandwiech. Vollstandig is something that can't be unlock without training , every sternritters can have it but they gotta train for it before . I really wonder sometimes if kobu made muegstu a hybird of quincy and shingami, because the last style that Uryu used is very similar to mugestu. If you don't think so here is my proof why I believe that, Mugestu made Ichigo lose all his powers when fighting Aizen, No other Shingami ever did that, it's a short insane power buff that makes the user burn their power out in one attack. Lastly it looks so simliar to last style, as Ichigo mugestu, the only difference between both of them is Ichigo wasn't make his surroundings break down in reistu, but he was in earth, far way from anything that contains reistu, lastly I believe Ichigo has enough reistu to not need any other reistu.
Well actual if you remember the only reason he learned final Getsuga Tenshou (Mugetsu) is because Isshin (his father) told him the technique in the Dangai and got him to learn it. Isshin also said that he knew of the final getsuga tenshou as well but Engetsu wouldn't teach him it.. hence it wasn't anything to do with Ichigo's quincy powers per se. Because Isshin is just a Shingami and he would also lose his powers if he ever used Final Getsuga Tenshou as well. It's the reason why he said that their zanpaktos wouldn't willing teach them the technique.
