**ABOUT THIS CHANNEL**
After working for a multi-national corporation for 7 years, I wanted to be my own boss and have more time with my family. So back in 2007, I took the leap and become a full-time entrepreneur. Since then, I've enjoyed the roller coaster life of being an entrepreneur and helped many aspiring entrepreneurs start their own business as well.
Now, in my quest to further simplify our life, I'm taking a leap again... But this time around, from an entrepreneur to a farmer! So join me in this journey as I escape the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy a simpler life, a life in our farm.... our safe haven, the iNest!

3. Tubig…sinabi ko na solar pumps and ingenuity….
Last time I checked po kasi, pump lang sya and yung solar.
Ingatan nawa kayo palagi.
I agree on all of the seven costs you listed which we also experienced (but no fence yet). Unfortunately, I have 1 more big expense in our farm, legal fees, for a dispute with my neighboring land, Yep, this was hidden and the kind of expense you don't want in your farm. Lesson learned for me, so hopefully, I'll make a similar video to share my experience 🙁
Oh, sad to hear about your legal dispute. ☹ Aside from the big expense, I can't imagine the level of stress it also brings. Hope it will be resolved soon...
Disputes and especially among siblings the subject of Inheritance some to be common in the Philippines .
It's very important to research thoroughly and check the background history po.

At least available lahat tubig, koryente.
Make sense, thanks for the info
Stumbled upon your video. Very informative especially the pricing. Thanks po.
Glad it was helpful!
Ganda po ng farm progress.God bless po.
Of course you buy a farm with a purpose, most cases for business with r.o.i..if the purchase is only intended for a rest house or retirement house then it doesnt need to be a regular farm size property running by the hectare, around 300-400 sqmts will do the job.
salamat po!!! 😊
Wow grabe. I learned a lot. Thank u so much. I plan to buy a farm. That's invaluable info! I subscribed sir.
You’re welcome po! Glad you found this video helpful. :)
Very good information thanks
Ganda ng learnings..balak qng bumili ng 500sqm lot sa province na medyo barrio to enjoy retirement house..hnd q naisip ung mga cons n tuh..tnx and more power
I am dead set to meet you someday for your precious advice and guidance...!!!
Thank you po.
Thank You Also for Sharing This Impomative Video.
Salamat sir sa pag share ng experience
Its very expenseble why u should not try the solar more or lesthan 4 to 6 panel board were bring u all u need yet refregirator, electrict fan, tvs, water supply etc
thank you for this video. Can you share what businesses are good for a farm in Laguna?
Thanks for sharing Sir.
God Bless
Basta may water source at own road panalo na yun
How about opting for solar panel for both electricity and water instead of the usual line?
Hi Jerry, Where did you film this video? What a beautiful beach...
It’s in Boracay. :)
jerry, do you have any background in farming? thanks for your tips. yes, more videos on water and electricity. how about using solar power for light and water.
very informative. thanks! 👍👍
Glad it was helpful!
Very informative. Baka magback out na lang ako bumili hehhe😂
Glad you found it helpful. :)
This is so helpful thank you
Thank you for this great info !
New subscriber here galing niyo naman po Sir....Very informative topic niyo ,im so thankful na browse ko vlog niyo buti na lang na i share niyo po. gawa din po kayo vlogs un process ng pag request naman sa local govt o lgu kung gaano katagal din po. Ganda ng business niyo sir
You’re welcome po! :) Do you mean po ba yung process ng transfer of title?
Agree po ..we my husband invest at overlooking farm .. magastos sobra .. Kasi DP develop ...
thankyou so much very knowledgeable
You are most welcome!
IMO, these expenses are common sense.
Saan pwede bumili reputable farm.
Thank you
You're welcome!
Thanks You!
You're welcome!
What about solar as another source nang electricity? Cosr efficient kaya?
I used Solar perimeter lighting.
Bit spent 1.5m pesos for the gate, fencing with Toilet and bath with septic tank foe the 1000 sq m. Lot.
Detailed to opic on submersible pump
Noted po. Will create the video soon. :)
How much monthly income are you making to afford all those 7 hidden costs?
I watched your whole video and i think it's INVESTMENT not Hidden Cost...😊

But as of now, mahirap kung purely solar since hindi kakayanin yung submersible pump, water heater, etc. It will be too expensive.
May transfer of title fee pa di ba?
How to earn from a farm
Mukhang overpriced naman lahat especially the submersible pump including the electricity, nonetheless I agree with the seedlings, invest in two rooted fruit bearing tress, within a year lang start ng mamunga lalo na yung mga mango....
Very timely, no longer investing in a farm. 🤣🤣🤣
Hahaha! This is just meant to prepare you and not to discourage you away. 😀
Hello new here
How to earn?
Don't get me wrong po ,I learned a lot from your video.
When I invested in a farm 6 years ago, wala pa pong mga ganitong video kung saan pwede ka matuto.
That’s the reason po ginawa ko etong video na to para i-share yung experience ko and hindi na kayo mabigla tulad ko.
Lastly po, there are things na matututunan nyo na lang along the way. No amount of research po can give you 100% preparation.
Otherwise, yan po yung tinatawag na “analysis paralysis” kung saan hindi maka-decide and take action because gusto mo ng 100% assurance. Sa buhay po, you need to take some level of risks.
It's easier to criticize than to do the actual job! I'm just saying!
@jerrysnotes8
I myself thank you kindly for sharing your experiences and mistakes!
I'm very impulsive, my bad!
You are missing another point…. SECURITY!!!!
Ginawa ko na Yan SA Mindoro after installing the electric post And Linya ng kuryente. Nagising na lng ako na wayang kuryente. NINAKAW YON CABLE NG KURYENTE NA GINSTUSAN KO NG 120thousand pesos.
Oh, grabe!
Why English title and Philippine speech? It just is so annoying. Write your title in the language spoken so viewers understand. I have a gift for you AUD$1,000 if you can understand this. "Far atamoo geebin livenk astrgurur." It is not your language I know but a language from a remote Aborigine tribe in Western Australia.
Saen farm mo? -LG4RBatch95
Sa Silang padi, harani sa Tagaytay. :)
My sister has a 2 hectare farm in Batangas. Instead of using a jack pump or submersible pump, she opted for a wind driven pump so her water supply no longer needed electricity. So when I also have my own farm, I will have to ask my brother in law to help me fabricate and install the wind power equipment for the pump.
That’s great! Thank you po for sharing!
Windmill po na DIY ba? Kanino po nagpagawa sister mo po?
Wow...
@@jerrysnotes8Kanino pp nagpagawa?
Thank you for the entertaining narration of your hard work. I was laughing with you, but your patience and sincerity is so inspiring. God bless.
Thank you brother for sharing your experiences. Because of your vlog I was enlightened on the unforeseen expenses that I would encounter. It used to be that I consider the productive plants inside, the view, terrain, access road quality and distance to town proper. I also considered the source of water for my fisheries project. Things I overlooked are the power source and fencing.
Again, thank you!!
Hi, enjoyed your vlogg , new sub here and watching from Canada and wanting to retire in the Philippines, small hobby farm, where is your farm ? Cavite?and where do you think it is good to relocate? I want about 5000 SQM to a hect.
Very informative!! 💯💯💯 Hopefully you make separate videos that tackles the ff: Water, Electricity and How You Can Earn in Farming
Salamat sa very informative video! Mabuhay po kayo! :)
Thank you po.
Very nice Sir and if possible can you include safety and security for Farm Lots? Thanks
Thanks for sharing.
thank you sir! very informative video medyo na excite ako hehe
Thank you for this video. I learned alot. More videos in farming. Thanks
You’re welcome! :)
nice sharing sir. thank you very much.
Maraming Salamat sa paglabas ng katotohanan.
50% english 50% own language is normal in your country? XD
Thanks for sharing this video. Hidden Costs of buying a farm.
Hi! Can you recommend any agent for buying farm? Thank you!
If you can push it to 2,000 sqm, that's better po.
How about Tax? Magkano every year?
Thanks Bro. sa info..now i have an idea...
I love your way of how/ when it progress
Thank you for sharing very very helpful specially for someone who don’t have idea
You are so welcome!
Thank you bro for sharing all the hidden costs, we were both Ex Tarlac DA employees , Philippines
And trees and vegetable farmings are our hobbies ,stay safe always
and God bless!!!!!
You're welcome po! :)
Your vlog is very useful lalo na sa kagaya ko na nagbabalak mag put up ng farm.Ang dami ko palang dapat i consider before buying farm land.
About electricity , can you talk about Solar and grid tie, permits and process, and savings if any, and if there is available small wind generators., I have seen some vlogs (Top Mix vlogger) of farms with wind powered water pumps, Ilocos / Nueva Ejicia regions , I want the possibility of OffGrid living , and Organic farming, only Veggies , fruits and chickens and goats.
Thanks for sharing boss.. planning to buy a farm.. at dahil dito namulat ako 😅 kulang pa pala ang ipon ko hehe..
