Its a public event, tickets are sold to the public, its televised publicly, which is also paid for, by public dollars to view! Id be seeking some legal advice! Not saying you should go legal, but unless you are doing something illegal at said event imo and its only a opinion they are in breech of your rights, private property or not, its holding a "public event"! Usually there are bylaws around that status to be granted, again in the US I am not an expert. So take it fwiw. I think this could get very messy, glad ya got a good mate that stood by you though, a rare thing these days! Props to the other Chris. I started going to & watching live moto in the early 1970's. I saw Hannah at Plymouth Hangtown. Terry Davis (Ty's dad) take ""FIRST AMERICAN"" at the Carlsbad GP & saw the DENTIST, MARTY MOATES, WOLSINK, CHUCK SUN & MIKKOLA win there along with Ake & his Maico, all the while RD was cursed there. I used to go to 6 SX races every winter, 3 at the big "A" & the AZ event + San Diego & which ever ""TBA"" that filled the other early So-Cal event. I've been to the first SuperBowl in LA, the world SX race in the Rose Bowl, saw Trey get slammed at Dodgers Stadium, watched Hannah at the staked out on the grass & weeds Trabuco Canyon 1 off national where he got first & third in the second moto. I went to the mudder MXDN at Unadilla in 87 & saw Super Bruce win his second speedway championship & retire at the LA Coliseum. Overall at least 150+++ National and or World championship events in my life & the AMA & the fact that when there were 3 Anaheim races per year, at $20.00 per car times 20,000 parking spots times 3 weekends = $1,200,000.00 thats 1.2 MILLION DOLLARS for the parking dudes & the guy that risked his life 17 weeks to win the title didn't WIN THAT MUCH FROM THE AMA or DAVEY in prize money anyway. In the end I can't go to a show that has TV money involved & I'm not seeing the riders get any richer soooooo I'm out!
As someone who grew up racing against bubba (occasionally) it was insane hearing the parents and things they would be saying about not only his parents, but also a young kid. I was on 50s and 60s so I didn’t really understand it back then at that age, but looking back it was really bad. But, I think that is one of the reasons why he was as dominant as he was. Just like Haiden is fueled by all of the haters, that was something that fueled big James to push bubba and once bubba was old enough to realize what these people were saying, he used it as motivation to just go, as deegan said, annihilate them dudes. Obviously he had the talent and all on the bike and was going to be very good either way, but that just pushed him to another level. Glad to see the sport, for the most part, has been able to change and give bubba the respect he deserves, along with everyone else of a different skin color. Unfortunately, there definitely is still those select few out there that are still stuck in their ways, maybe one day they’ll come around or eventually they’ll die off

It's when you brought up where all the money was going is whe they put a target on your back. Anyone who's been paying attention and has any type of mathematical skills can see just how much cash MX Sports is raking in. It's like casinos who are literally printing money, yet they always seem to be too broke to make the big payouts. I've seen it all before in the NESC where they would charge you double if you entered "late," which really meant you didn't sign up two months prior. They would have lines fifty to seventy-five deep waiting to hand them forty bucks for eight laps for the day, and this was in the eighties, and the NESC is peanuts compared to what MX Sports is taking in. And you're right about Davey putting on an act performing physical labor in front of the fans while making obscene amounts of money. These are the same people who will cry poverty to anyone within earshot. MX Sports is giving motocross a bad name at warp speed. Earlier, I left a comment describing the kind of person Davey is protecting (you know, likes little kids), but TH-cam decided they didn't want me hurting this guy's feelings. Wow.

Smoother ride or your body must adjust quickly? 90's I had a gut ache if I didn't wear the kidney belt. Raced a few years 2010-12, almost nobody was wearing them by that time so I didn't either and never was an issue.

I have been in Moto since it began in the late 60s it was awesome so many bike brands and so many tracks. This was a dream time for me when I was young. Now its getting bigger and the TV Coverage is Awesome I never miss a Race . I have seen drunken fights Cars Burnt at Unadilla all these crazy events and we just laughed. Now they are like Bullies and I hate what they are doing to our Internal sport by telling people they can't watch at a Track they can't post content because MX Sports is not controlling the men making Videos This is more Communist crap than anything I have ever seen.

What bubba and his family went through his entire amateur career was horrible and not one white person could ever understand. It's when you brought up where all the money was going is whe they put a target on your back. Anyone who's been paying attention and has any type of mathematical skills can see just how much cash MX Sports is raking in. It's like casinos who are literally printing money, yet they always seem to be too broke to make the big payouts. I've seen it all before in the NESC where they would charge you double if you entered "late," which really meant you didn't sign up two months prior. They would have lines fifty to seventy-five deep waiting to hand them forty bucks for eight laps for the day, and this was in the eighties, and the NESC is peanuts compared to what MX Sports is taking in. And you're right about Davey putting on an act performing physical labor in front of the fans while making obscene amounts of money. These are the same people who will cry poverty to anyone within earshot. MX Sports is giving motocross a bad name at warp speed. Earlier, I left a comment describing the kind of person Davey is protecting (you know, likes little kids), but TH-cam decided they didn't want me hurting this guy's feelings. Wow.

Cooksey I love what you’re doing. I totally agree that the people in charge need to be kept in check… I’m really sad that Husqvarna and Gas Gas are going under. I can’t help but think that things might be different if the Coombs weren’t hoarding all the money.
At the same time though, the Coombs have done a lot for our sport, so I believe there should be some respect given to them. Call them out for their greed/corruption/oversight… just maybe hold off on the name calling?

I can tell ya until I was fifty too or so I was bullet proof and indestructible a few years later I am really feeling it, my legs have always been strong and now some days I struggle, I ride bicycle and its seemingly catching up, others used to tell me that and I thought not me, well now its is me! good luck!
Smoother ride or your body must adjust quickly? 90's I had a gut ache if I didn't wear the kidney belt. Raced a few years 2010-12, almost nobody was wearing them by that time so I didn't either and never was an issue.

I think his year can be summarised through silly mistakes and inconsistent starts. I have been in Moto since it began in the late 60s it was awesome so many bike brands and so many tracks. This was a dream time for me when I was young.
Now its getting bigger and the TV Coverage is Awesome I never miss a Race .
I have seen drunken fights Cars Burnt at Unadilla all these crazy events and we just laughed.
