Watching on the TV today.
Thank you, love your pumpkin applique, looks great.
Well! Thought I got to the live, was busy with everyday chores🙃
Hello, Lisa Capen! The pumpkins are so adorable!😊
This is so cute. Look forward to making it. You make the pattern and explanation doable. Thank you.
Those are very cute pumpkins . Best appliqué pumpkin I have seen so far.
I love this Lisa! Fall is my favorite season!
Thank you, Lisa. Cute block. And…. No worries, we all have days like this. Thanks for pushing through. It’s always a delight to see your videos! ❤
Thinking of making this as a small gift at Thanksgiving dinner. Small in size, but made with care.
I love to watch you present your projects, Lisa. We all have tongue-tied days, but you are a champ and this was an amazing video! Pat Berne
That's going to be gorgeous!
Thank you for your time and such a lovely block, I love you work.
Lovin' the pumpkins...I thought for sure you would of had a cute Gooble till ya wobble for the next block...but the Christmas bells are beautiful. Perhaps the gobbler will make it into your line-up. Thank you for all you do to bring us fun appliques. 🎉🎉🎉
Thank you. So cute!
My favorite season is fall
This block is so adorable. Love the pumpkins.
Thank you Lisa. You're the best!❤
I am loving this design. Can;t wait. Thanks Lisa
Pumpkins for fall! Thank you, Lisa Capen 🥧
My favorite season. Lobe it!
SO CUTE! ❤ pumpkin and fall. I'm thinking about using a fabric paint and draw curly tendrels, maybe leaf to the empty space. Not the best leaf drawer.😂 thank you for your talent and time for making videos.
That turned out gorgeous. Every Thanksgiving I make a Grateful basket for my daughters and daughter in-love. I will add this as a trivet to their baskets this year. Thank you, Lisa. and I am one who loves cross stitch and that was a special added touch.
That's a gorgeous design.
Beautiful block!
These pumpkins are adorable! Thank you for sharing!
I really enjoyed this.
thanks Lisa , can't wait to get home after all this moving and catch up om my sewing
Thank you for sharing this sweet project.
Love the fabrics
Wow you made glueing that so easy
That is so pretty. I want to make mine into a door quilt.
thank you. Will have to watch later.
Thank you! It’s adorable!
Bells with Holly is very nice! Will look very nice in a quilt or as a cushion.
Lisa Capen, candle wicking stitch would look nice for "Fall Sweet Fall". I can add pumpkins to a t-shirt for my granddaughter! I have to get a splat sheet😊
Love your fabrics for the pumpkins! Very cute design! Thanks!
Awesome instruction and pattern! Thanks!
Love this. Thank you.
This is so cute ! Thank you so much.
Love your design and great colors
Super cute💖
Love this Applique and thank you so much for the pumpkin placement chart. Love it, this will help me a lot.
Love this!
Thank you so much for the templates!🎃
Hi Lisa ❤❤❤
Very cute
I have the perfect muslin fabric (loose weave) if I were to cross stitch on the block. I was thinking "Happy Fall, Y'all" (being a Southerner, lol). May be too much work!
I chose to use several different fabrics for my pumpkins and I'm not that pleased with it. Should have stuck with just 2 for each pumpkin. Yours looked awesome 💜
The larger one is ok, but would change the color placement if I could "do over". Not thrilled with the color choices on smaller pumpkin. VERY NICE PATTERN, tho'! It went together so well. Your placement guide was indispensable. My silpat is not as see-thru as yours, so I'm thankful you mentioned parchment. Thank you, Lisa! And for the very sweet pattern.
I'm hoping that when I outline it with dark brown thread it will be more pleasing to my eye.
I'll probably make another & do better with my colors. What's funny is that my hubby is learning stuff along with me, & after seeing my pumpkins ironed on, and hearing my complaints, he said, I think color is a very important part of a quilting project's success. Recently he suggested I "stitch in the ditch", lol when I asked his advice. Another time he gave me a great suggestion that worked out perfectly. But he gets aggravated by my asking him sewing questions hahaha
(I'm really laughing hard now). He's a mechanically-minded male through & through. 😊
Thank you 😊 💕
Yay I’m late but I made it!
Thank you so much for sharing this pattern. I prefer not using a frixon pen as it can come back - yes this happened to me. However, I am sure if using similar thread it would not be noticeable. Again thank you so much.
Obrigada do Brasil 🇧🇷
Give a thumbs-up! You know it'll be good 💜
Pumpkins are really cute. I did have to watch your cross stitching with one eye closed, though...haha. I'm a counted cross stitcher that does mostly samplers for many years and your "technique" is certainly primitive :) Nothing wrong with that, though. I like primitive, too, but I wanted to do this part for you...haha :)
Hi Lisa
I love your pumpkins lisa. Autumn... season of mists and mellow fruitfulness. ( can't remember which poet wrote that lol! ) x
You can embroider them
Use your embroidery machine , works great for words
Maybe a candle mat?
From my Mom: You are using a rotary cutter to cut paper? Shame on you, bad girl. I have reprimanded my son's for using my scissors or rotary to cut anything but fabric. Thank you for pattern. Going to check out your Etsy store.
How do you secure your beginning and ending zigzag stitches? Great pattern!! So cute!
Do you have a video on how to apply heat and bond to pieces?
Hi Lisa, I really enjoyed this and certainly will be making a smaller quilt with maybe nine pumpkins. I was wondering what kind of machine you have for cutting as I would like to buy one but I'm not sure what one I should get as I am not familiar with them, any information I would greatly appreciate thank you. Can't wait for Friday night coming.
I have a ScanNCut machine, and I love it! Check out this tutorial, I walk you through the steps using the machine so it would be a great visual to see how it works :) th-cam.com/users/liveWMqL-vaVIo8
Have you cut out and applied heat and bond to the back of the templates prior to this? I am not seeing that part on video?
Hi ❤️
I purchased the cut file for this pattern. I just opened my new scan and cut 325 and wanted to start this project. I am not an expert with the computer. How can I download your svg file to the brother canva and then send the pumpkin pieces to the scan and cut them out. I appreciate any help. Thank you
Hey Sylvia, I'm so excited for you getting your new machine! I'm sharing the link for the duck video. In this video I work with the svg file in CanvasWorkspace and then send it to my cutting machine. You'll need to save the pumpkin svg to your computer, then import it into CanvasWorkspace. You'll also need to make sure you've turned on the wifi on your cutting machine and synced it to your internet :) th-cam.com/users/liveWMqL-vaVIo8?si=q2QTzTkb9jcKP9rW
Don’t understand why people cut with their fabric cutter.
My rotary cutter is used for all kinds of stuff :)
I lost my chat😢
