I still get surprised every time I see Winter that there aren't any blue pips in his mana cost, but if it gets us a new Jund Brawl Stars I'm okay with the confusion.

Idk I think if he had any blue in him he would have actually made it through the door out of Duskmourn instead of tripping over nothing because he was going too fast. That’s very red.
While flavour wise i agree, balance wise letting blue limit you to one card would be brutal
