One of the best bands in the world
Down to earth, humble dude! It’s a laid back Lake Murray/ Irmo SC thing! Ha I grew up there with Ben’s older brother Michael! Keep making great music Ben and Band of Horses! ☮️❤️
Ben is great, Band Of Horses are amazing live!! Was lucky enough to see them in the Red Bull Sound Space some years back. Mike Ness from Social Distortion was at KROQ and introduced them to the crowd.
They played Neon Moon when I saw them at Bogarts in Cincinnati.
Glad he likes so much to play it for everybody!
You definitely are in my top ten favorite bands.

My favorite band! Ben is the best. Solid interview- nice work Megan! What's crazy is that Social D (Mike Ness) is my second favorite band and apparently Mike introduced Ben at this festival. I saw them several weeks later in Redmond Oregon at a festival. So so good- keep it going Ben!
Your first question was asking about his hair. You should be happy he’s a good sport ask that question to a person like Trent Reznor I think he would walk the F out
I do LOVE Band of Horses
There are at least 10 songs that are masterpieces in my mind, by Band of Horses, the Funeral is not one of them. I just don’t get it.
Please do list them for those of us that are new to them

@@holy_warc.s.t.369 yes! There really are - Infinite Arms is really just a perfect album to me. It’s incredible. I love Factory, Dilly, Evening Kitchen, NW Apt… Older (god I really love that song.)
And yes, Hag, Heartbreak on the 101 - so great!
Some of my other favorites are Monsters, The Great Salt Lake, and St. Augustine off of Everything All the Time and I also really love Dull Times/The Moon off of Why Are You OK.
Funeral is a wonderful song but just the tip of the iceberg in terms of their catalog.
I’ve seen them 4x and can’t wait until I can see them again. So many great songs but my all time favorite is Monsters.
