Despite no 13 leaning towards the cool spectrum, the palette can still be used by warm tone people given the right combinations :) The overall color story is mute neutral leaning cool, but most of the colors are neutral so it should be fine. If not, you can always use a warm base to help "warm" the cool colors a bit

I love using glitter on my eyes too! Sadly no13 is said to be suitable for cool tone skin but i am on warmer side. I have 11 and 12 :)

It's cool tone palette but if you only use bright, light colors I think it'll be fine
