Hey Steve I have the original scent so I had to see what this fragrance was about i was a lil taken back from the licorice note but you explained its not to overpowering so I definitely have to smell this scent

I’m not a big fan of jean Paul gaultier fragrances and never understood the hype but I got this sample and I was just absolutely amazed! Even mrs was asking what I put on as it smells great. It’s a very pleasant premium smell suitable for all occasions.

I liked it the moment I tried it. Picked up a bottle today. Seems like it will be good for colder weather coming. I do get that star anise vibe you mentioned I was trying to pinpoint what it was. Thought it was something like cinnamon or a type of amber. Lasts well on my skin. One downside for me however is the projection. It’s not bad per se just not as loud as I was expecting. On the other hand that’s not entirely a bad thing situation dependant. Overall happy with this one. Keep up the good work on your reviews.

That's intersting, I have Le Male Le Parfum for almost two weeks now and a selftest on my arm with a good single spray lasted 22 hours, from 10pm until 8pm on the next day as I took a shower after work, it was still very strong going off my arm in the morning when we woke up and it held that strenght until 5-6pm.
This is an Eau de Parfum Intense concentration, a reimagination of the classic Le Male but also some Ultra Male in it, though this would only be the very simple words to describe it there's much more 🙂
I agree with you, it follows the footsteps of Le Male and Ultra Male I even get Le Male Terrible vibes (because of the spiceness I guess) but in an even more modernized grown up but young way. It's definitely a fragrance for the evenings and nights through the year, dates, clubbing, nightout, partying, intense sexual nights and one night stands the ladies will drop their panties without a doubt. On colder days and in the fall and winter you can wear it all day.
I think this will be also a very seductive scent when you go to the christmas markets with hot wine in the cold.

Good review. I recently got a free sample of this with another purchase and this is actually the first one of the line i like enough to consider buying, if i can just decide what size to order. To be honest i wouldn't have considered it had i not got a free sample but as my job isn't corporate, i think i can get away with this at work.

I am SO eager to get this, but I can’t seem to find it in the US. Has it not been released here yet? I can’t find a US release date online.
Just bought it to add to my collection. Got the 75ml version. My local shop has 25% discount and paid €60,33. The scent is good, indeed for the cooler weather. Longevity was really good. Applied it in the afternoon in the shop, took a shower later and could still smell it on the wrist.
