DESCRIPTION
The TH-SM 2131 Dual is a drag, crosscut and miter saw for cutting wood, laminated panels and plastic. The saw head can be tilted to the left and right for high flexibility in setting miters on two sides. An integrated, mains-powered laser marks the cutting line, enabling the workpiece to be positioned quickly and exactly. The high-quality turntable of the TH-SM 2131 Dual comes with an exact angle adjustment facility for angular cuts which can be latched single handedly in various positions. The integrated drag function enables you to cut particularly wide workpieces. Workpiece supports on two sides, a clamping device for reliable securing of the workpiece and a workpiece stop with rails that adjust to the left and right enable safe, precise operation. The table insert is equipped with a practical scale for reading off the workpiece width. The high-grade carbide-tipped precision saw blade guarantees clean, powerful cutting results. A sawdust bag keeps the workplace clean. A transport brace is provided for easy and safe mobility.

Non so se mi sono perso una info sull'inclinazione della lama: si può fare il 47 gradi?

Perciò per taglio a 47 gradi credo che si possa riuscire a fare. In descrizione a questo video, nella sezione in inglese, ci sono tutte le specifiche degli angoli. Dai un occhio li perché tecnicamente ci sono due assi su cui poter tagliare a 47 gradi.
Comunque per il 47 é uno strano angolo, credo che puoi sforare un pochino oltre il 45, quindi ci dovresti arrivare.
Per la versione con lama più grande valuterei bene cosa tagli di solito, con questa mi sto trovando bene, ma c'è sempre il limite dello spessore massimo. Vedi un po' cosa tagli per la maggiore, quello comanderà il tuo acquisto.
La Evolution rage non la conosco quindi non ti sarei dire.
Il paralama, se usato bene non si distrugge, certo non é dei migliori...
Per il resto questa é una buona macchina, fa il suo dovere e costa poco.
@@RiccardoPrezioso grazie, infatti mi pare un bel mezzo per chi taglia poco frequentemente e per i tagli che devo fare io (battiscopa, morali, edilizia in generale e non mobili/cornici di precisione).
Un'altra cosa che ho notato e mi sfugge è la differenza tra TC-SM e TE-SM. Sono modelli quasi identici ma non comprendo perché ci sia questa duplicità di linea...
Sfuggiva pure a me, credo che abbiano cambiato nome negli anni di produzione.
Th-sm 2131 e tc-sm 2131 sono la stessa macchina. Fa più fede il numero che sta dopo rispetto alle lettere
@@RiccardoPrezioso vero ma le trovi entrambe, hanno un pianetto leggermente diverso, diversi dati di profondità e lunghezza taglio, diverso paralama e carter lama...
Differenze minime, diciamo che non mi arrovellerei più di tanto nella scelta tra l'una e l'altra.

Ciao Riccardo, sono nella fase bestemmia per settare la macchina... le tre viti del laser sono registri o solo fermi dello stesso? come lo hai regolato? deve rimanere a centro lama, giusto?Per gli angoli dovrei aggiustarmi seguendo le istruzioni... su 30 cm di taglio ho uno scarto di 1 mm...

Marco Marini ciao! In quella fase ci siamo passati tutti. Io non mi sono mai fidato del laser ma faccio sempre la prova a passare sul pezzo con la lama prima del taglio. Per quanto riguarda il settaggio ho notato che "gli scatti" che si sentono quando muovi il braccio non bloccano la sega perfettamente. Ogni volta che cambio l'angolo lo misuro con una squadra. Domani provo a vedere se il laser può essere settato ;)
Si... bisogna controllare bene prima di ogni taglio... nel frattempo cerco di prenderci la mano e mi procuro una squadra precisa... il laser male che vada lo tengo spento ;-)
Marco Marini per il laser ho risolto. Le tre vitine servono per tararlo. È tutto un gioco di forze. Quella posteriore sx lo sposta da dietro. Mentre quella anteriore sx lo sposta dal davanti. Serrando queste sue lo metti parallelo alla lama. Per spostarlo invece sul punto del taglio basta ruotarlo afferrandolo con una chiave 17. Penso di mettere un video sul come si tara

Yes, it should. Try to open the mail handle and test wires and switch.

Hi, it should be very bright (almost visible under the sun). There should be a problem to the AC-DC converter, on a wire, or on it. You should try excluding by opening and using a tester

Ciao, sì la uso ancora è finora non mi ha dato nessun problema. Dovrei cambiare la lama perché ormai é vecchiotta e ha perso un po' di molatura.
È affidabile anche se non ho fatto uso intensivo di questo strumento. Sono un hobbista e lo uso di tanto in tanto. A parte la precisione che é un pochino scarsa devo dire che i materiali di costruzione sono ottimi e resistentissimi.

ThinKrea - Fai Da Te se con contiamo il braccio che sporge anteriormente necessita di 74 cm di profondità. E smontando anche il piedino la profondità minima è di 66 cm. La soluzione che ti resta è prenderne una con braccio pieghevole ma il prezzo schizza alle stelle. Il mio consiglio??? Fai una prolunga al tuo tavolo xD

Is your mounted Fence plain to the bottom Fence? Because my Fence isn't plain. There is a small edge (roughly half a Millimeter) to the bottom Fence. It isn't much,but you can feel an small edge were to to gets connected.

londo milar man, i looked my saw and i found one bolt that keeps togeter the two parts. Mine is correctly tight. The gap betwin the two parts is less than a millimiter. This bolt che be riched by taking of the plastic numered part where the saw cuts.
Didn't get the time to check it today. But i will this weekend. Thanks for die advise Riccardo. Maybe it's ment to be not flush. Because it's like a table saw sled. You have to cut a bevel to collect the saw dust. So it would interfere with the cutting piece. But i will check this in the next days.

Hi, yes, you can. There is a pomel on the back you can screw or unscrew to adjust the depth of the cut. I often use it, and it works properly

xristos milionis hi. This saw is not Made to cut iron or metal things... Someone changed the disk but I think that incandescent metal saw will damage plastic parts!

Thanks for the video.
I wonder if anyone can help me? I’ve just set mine up and the saw head is not going down all the way. It gets stuck just above where the wood is held. I am holding back the sprung leaver but the guard does not retract. Is this faulty? Or is there a release device I have missed?
I know about the bolt at the back of the saw head. I actually removed mine be mistake, thinking it was just a packaging bolt. I hope that’s not the cause as I can’t get it back in :-(.

Ritchie Bearfield hi, there could be 2 troubles. 1 there is a bolt in the back of the head of the saw (think u just renoved it - and it's ok). 2 you could have some troubles with the blade Guard. Try to move it with your hand and than down the saw. With out, any photos i can't be more exaustive

I’ve tried all sorts. I can move the guard up by hand once I move the safety switch but the guard does not move up by itself when I move the head down. Should it? I can’t see anything getting in the way of movement, it just doesn’t go low enough.

Riccardo Prezioso it’s ok i figures it out. The mechanism that me bed the guard out if the way does t seem to be put together right. It catches the black but if plastic that diverts the saw dust behind the blade. With it removed I can lower the saw head but the guard I need to move manually. So I’m going to send it hack for a replacement.
So glad it wasn’t me doing it wrong, so frustrating lol.

Hi. in my opinion this the einhell mitre saw is one of the cheepest you can find on internet. Surely Makita, Bosch, and DeWalt should be a little bit better. But it dipends on what you need. I bought this one for 120€ but the same product made by makita dewalt etc costs about 450€. In conclusion for professional uses i think that makita is the best, but for a hobby usage Einhell makes good products ;)

Ciao, si è abbastanza precisa. il meccanismo fa degli scatti che orientativamente ti fanno posizionare la lama a 90°. Però per una migliore precisione uso sempre una squadretta. Il tutto è molto intuitivo e solido. Te la consiglio ;)

Cheap crap, mine arrived today from germany, and the blade cover wont go upwards automatically. Have to move it manually. Cheap material, not worth sending back to germany.

I just bought one of the same model but mine seems to be a bit ouf of alignment. The blade is 1 or 2 degree off. Do you know how to fix it? I don't find anything on the official website.
Hi! Unfortunately the "auto alignement" is a bit out olso in mine. The only way is to adjust it every time. I've not found jet another alternative.

Insomniaklol onestly don't know and i've never tried. But i think that small pieces could be cut. Bigger one could heat the blade and the plastic could weld and stick to the blade.

I had to check on internet to replay to your question.
They are the same saw, the TH one in sold in Italy , the TC one in all the other countries.
(my source is the official Einhell website)
But in the descriptions i found 2 differences:
TH-SM 2131: Length 725mm; Height 395mm.
TC-SM 2131: Length 717mm; Height 393mm.
I don't now why exist this difference, but I'll ask directly to Einhell.
Einhell said me that there is no difference and they used only different acronym (for unknown reansons).

nucleool ciao. Devo dire con soddisfazione che è uno dei migliori acquisti che io abbia fatto. È affidabile e ben costruita. Tra tutti i prodotti della einhell è quello meglio riuscito. Proprio in questi giorni sto caricando sul mio canale alcuni video che mostrano delle caratteristiche specifiche della sega. Ne ho già caricato uno sul settaggio per tagli precisi, un altro sarà sul settaggio del laser ed infine uno sulla sostituzione della lama. Tornando al discorso di prima: dopo tempo è in ottime condizioni e fa il suo lavoro. La consiglio ;)

Can you cut metal using metal cutting disc?
Hi, thanks for this very interesting question. This saw is not pojected for metal cutting and i've never tried. Over all on internet i found these informations:
-1) Mitre metal saw spins slower than wood miter saw;
-2) No one used The TH SM 2131 for metal cutting;
-3) Someone affirm that cutting metal you can damage bearings;
-4) Someone else used other miter saw both for metal and wood (don't know which one);
In conclusion I recommend you to buy a miter saw dedicated for metal works.
Sometime i use my grinder with a cut disk on a cheap miter adapter.

I only found the TC-SM 2131.
That's why I asked.

Hi, the sliding function works. But it's a little bit instable. Also the sliding mechanism implicate that the saw should be placed far from the wall. Over all it's a good mitersaw. I'm testing other of them but this one is the best.

La que cpmpre yo si . Supongo que tiene fallo de fabricación o falta de control de calidad. El disco esta no corre en linea tiene un desvio en diagonal que hace que no corte en ningun angulo bien . No se puede arreglar. No es cuestien de calibrar el corte
@@ppitodelos Es posible que sea un problema de fabricación. La sierra no debe tener defectos tan evidentes. Intenta reemplazar el producto con el vendedor.
