I've been watching a LOT of Beautiful People drum covers and stopped on this one as this one sounds more like the actual track than anything else out there. The make up makes me think of a combination of A Clockwork Orange and Mudvayne's Dig video... Love the attitude. Great job nailing this one!

Kool Beans.. (as my daughter would say..lol)...hey, you never too old to learn..I was in the same boat as you..Found a cheap Mapex Voyager set for $350...got new heads...Cymbals... Double Pedals..!!! I started drumming at age 53...now 4 years later.. LOVING IT...wish I did this sooner..
get some buckets to practice on. the biggest issue with that is figuring out how to transcribe kit to buckets (no kick drum) but other than that it works wonders

Yessir I like it. I played percussion in pep band/marching band while the peeped I played to support (football) just shit on me at school and country cruised with me out of school. I’ve always excelled in guitar but I’ve never owned a drummet and I’m getting a good electric set for Christmas and ima get good and anyway that’s why I found this and immma use this . All about experimentation - its taken me years of experimentation and really every/kit/head is different! In this video I'm using a 14" tom with a single ply Aquarian top and bottom with an old tom head cut out placed on top to give it that punch/attack (almost like a mini bass drum)! I will do a video on tuning soon as I have a bit of a hack that I use when tuning that no one explained to me! 🤘
