- The first Amouroud fragrance in my possession and this 2022 release, White Sands, was probably the perfect pick for starting my journey into this house's offerings. Amouroud White Sands will take you into a journey where the pristine white sands meet the crystal clear waters. You're sipping that citrus cocktail while flowers from a nearby stall release their aromas into the cool and comforting breeze. The waves mildly crash on the rocks and there's a distinct salty and mineral vibe in the air. @@brian19869 I just received my bottle of White Sands the other day. I am a one spray guy and this is what I did. This is a very interesting scent, I could smell the change from the top citrus notes to the middle notes around 1 hour maybe 1 and a half hours. You can tell that the ingredients are top quality as it didn't smell synthetic . It just smelled really good all day. I should say that I am a 59 year old male but I think anyone could wear this and would smell unique.

Nice insight. Underrated house Amouroud...have three...my favorite is Wet Stone..just picked up Sunset Oud if you like TF Oud Wood then you will like that. Grabbed White Hinoki...not to my taste. Bit the packaging and the juices are all high quality. Thanks for the content. Be safe.

Thanks for your honest review, Brian. 🤌🏽 I love Amouroud bottles. They are so simple, but elegant. I do regret selling the only bottle I owned, which was Silver Birch.
If you're ordering samples anytime soon, try this one. I know you like freshie kinda fragrances and this one is very interesting.
Finally tried a sample of this, and i'm not a big fan. I can see the allure and i bet plenty of people will like it, but it came off too floral for me. It's bright and sweet like Jasmine. The combination just reminds me of camphor. Funny enough if i put my nose close to skin, it smells really nice cos i can smell all the notes. But in the air, it smells too much like camphor.
I see what you mean there. It's most likely the skin chemistry. Just like how some fragrances smell so nice in the air but when smelled closely off the skin, it doesn't smell as good and vice versa. Good that you sampled it.
