You can try to net all of your dropshot fish, regardless of their size. It will keep your line from getting tangled and keep from having to retie as much. Also good practice for netting your own fish.

Get a flutter spoon and use that around those suspending schools. A LOT of times it’ll fire up a school!!! A bigger flutter spoon will trigger bigger bass. I use the 6 and 8 inch ones. Never seen you use one in any of your videos, but I’m sure you have.👍😃🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣
I always twitch my dropshot straight up so when I get a hit I pull straight up and reel it sets the hook right in the upper jaw without an actual hookset. You lose allot less fish.

I used one on this day!! Haha but no luck getting them to fire. I actually throw it pretty often but havnt gotten them to fire on it in a while

Do you use a circle hook on that drop shot? Your not jerking setting the hook.
Its the Gamakatsu split shot/drophot hook. Its not a circle hook

I only use suspending jerkbaits.....the package should say suspending
