    Thank God there are people that devote their lives to the environment, otherwise over commercialization would just destroy the natural world completely. Steve, excellent research by you and your team but you need to pressure the park service to get metered irrigation to the forest .

    cant you just use radar to do all this? and let a computer print a 3d image of it

    So from this data could you make a graph of carbon absorbed per year over the tree's lifetime, including carbon used, not just sequestered?

    Perhaps more carbon dioxide in the atmosphere causes them to grow faster now than in the past.
