Vickys tree is beautiful I’m all traditional and reds and golds, still no festive spirit in me 😩 not even watching all the decorate with me, made Christmas cookies today too. Lovely and festive Ria love the gingerbread baking its got me feeling like making some with my hubby today. You do you with your pets. You're obviously a loving person and animal lover so i know you've got lots of love to give whether its the cats you already have or if you get a dog. Our dog is everything to us...yes it will be utterly devestating when shes no longer with us but weve had so many years of love and happiness ❤️.

Mine always looks like Christmas threw up on it 😂 you are probably just lacking some vitamins or something maybe go get your bloods done 🤔 the only advice I can give you regarding getting another dog is to not rush into anything. So many dogs in shelters desperate for a loving home & they are a more loving than cats. My neighbour has 2 cats & she never see's them! Dogs 🐕 are so loyal & beautiful ❤
Re dog, you do want YOU want, especially as YOU are the one that looks after them. Besides which you have FOUR CATS ! That's expensive enough with food, insurance and vet bills being astronomical! No, I wouldnt give in to the family, I really think you must stick to your guns on this Ria ! Great video hon, loved Vicky's tree in the lounge!. Thanks for sharing. Oh by the way, I agree with what you said about being a stay at home mum and wife being your "job" but not when you're ill! The family should be stepping up then - they shouldn't need to be asked sweetheart. I dare say you look after them like Florence Nightingale when they are ill. You deserve the same consideration. I would just keep with your cats having a dog is more tying than cats and the vets fees are very expensive.i love dogs but won't get another one it's very heartbreaking when anything happens to them as with any pet.xx

Great vlog Ria. Really enjoyed it. Regarding getting a dog well that’s a tough one as you have four cats already but having said that there are so many precious dogs stuck in shelters at the moment who are sorely in need of a loving home. It will be interesting to see what you decide ❤

Hi Ria I lost one of my dogs be 2 years in jan he was 10 it was so devastating and still not over it, I also have another dog who is 7 and she grieved for 3 months after he passed and she crying walking around the house looking for him , I couldn’t console her , my husband has Oscar’s dog bed in his bar and she loves lying in it she must be able to smell him still, I can’t even think of getting another dog the grief after is so unbearable and I know I have to go through it again with Daisy, I’ve never lived without a dog and at the moment I don’t want another dog just want daisy to have our attention because Oscar was the dominant dog. Never say never but not the moment. You look after yourself and go by your gut feeling ❤xx
Popped back on to say I have a heated throw and wouldnt be without one, they are definitely worth the money and pennies to run. Ask for one for Christmas?! 😂 xxx

Defo get another dog. My dog died last year june 23. My mum died in sep 23. I was so lost with out them. But the one thing that has helped more than anything is a new dog. I wasn't over my old dog. But I rescued a dog in October and my boyfriend got me a puppy for Christmas last year. I wasn't ready. (Well I thought I wasn't) but having the puppy really brought joy back to my life. And everyone in the house. Its not about replacing them. It's about opening your heart to another dog. Get one for the girls
This is going to sound wrong, but instead of thinking about a dog and the expense, why don't you do up your house, the painting, doors etc...I couldn't go on holiday if my house needed stuff doing to it, but that's just me!

make sure you change out your toothbrushes and lysol ot whatever your antibacterial spray you have all bedding etc!!! Hope you feel better soon!!!
