This is well out of date,the interchange is shut due to structural damage, the fast train link to Manchester never materialised,the shopping is is hardly worth visiting as most of the shops are boarded up,the banking facilities are very poor due to bank closures,yes there are some nice parks and walks but I wouldn’t venture there on my own especially in the evenings,I’ve lived in bradford for 76 years and it used to be a lovely city ,but sadly it’s gone downhill now.
It's nice to see a positive video about my home town of Bradford. When Bradford usually gets mentioned, it's in a negative manner. Those shopping centres (or malls if you're American) are not in Keighley. They're in the city centre of Bradford. Keighley is 10 miles from Bradford city centre. It's in the metropolitan district of Bradford. But not Bradford city.
I was looking to buy a house in Bradford. The woman sat on the step told me she would only sell to Asians! I did report it to the estate agent, but I doubt they did anything! Keighley has cutting edge shopping centres? It must be a different Keighley to the one I knew and worked in! And Forster Square certainly doesn't have all the stores you could possibly think of! All lies.
Well, the absolute truth is that there is nothing wrong at all with the city of bradford. It's purely down to "some" people who live there making it not a great place to live. All Cities have them, its just the ratio of them to the total population that deters a cities culture. Of course, economics plays a large part to this....
Bradford gets alot of slack, I visited it, lovely place, sure there are some run down areas... overall very characterful, food was awsome, people were lovely... I've been to likes of Middlesbrough, Newcastle, Liverpool, Coventry, Birmingham, to name few, they have alot more worse areas... not sure why people knock Bradford more then these places...
The one best thing about living in Bradford is the way it teaches you the importance of saving your hard earned cash - so you can get the funk out!
Best thing about Bradford is the roads out
💯
Yes the M606 is the best thing about Bradford, the place is a third world dumping ground!
There's nothing there now
That's what you get when you vote Labour.
@firewizzard86 I voted reform
From a person living in Bradford, the best thing about Bradford is leaving. There's a reason why houses are so cheap! I wouldn't even bother visiting.
