I've really been struggling with my health for the last few years as my condition is deteriorating & deciding what to eat has been a major struggle for me. But for the last few days I've found inspiration in your videos as they've given me ideas of what to eat. Yesterday, I watched you eat pho so today, I cooked rice noodles - it was BOMB! 🤤
And today, watching you eat this pasta dish means my next meal will be pasta too. 🍝

Charlotte NC has one as well. They give you family style portions. I remember first time I went didn’t know it was family style portions. We had leftovers for days.

Whenever I go there it reminds me when I was a little boy and we used to play in our neighbor's basement. They were old world Italian. This was back in the 60's.
Raina I’m half Italian born in Italy originally tho when you said part of me wants chop sticks my heart dropped 😂 but I get it I’m the Italian that left Italian food to enjoy any type of Asian food Korean food and Japanese food . I even use the wee app now to do hot pot at home .

Girl there's this 16lb pizza challenge in New Port Richey Florida called Scotty's 28" Beast Pizza Challenge, two people, under an hour. One day I will get around to do it once I find someone that wants to crush it with me 😂 - though I am confident you can finish the whole thing off by yourself lol

Its important to eat carbs. The brain loves glucose. Youre probably gonna get cravings...especially at the end of the day.
@@taniat.4841 been doing this over a year. It’s ok. I eat a little carb every so often, but can control it. My sugar level is manageable!👍😃
